scatter cushion covers
I ordered some scatter cushion covers , which turned out , unfortunately , to be out of stock , even though their website said there were loads !! However , I did get a lovely apology email from Seymour's , including a revised delivery date ( which was only a few days later, including an express delivery ) And they duly arrived , well packaged and in perfect condition . So , though initially there was the availability issue , it was quickly resolved and I cant fault their customer service

Great old fashioned service.
Much lower price for my curtains than elsewhere. Brilliant email service from staff confirming order & dispatch. When I needed to return some items…friendly helpful staff on the phone. Will definitely recommend them & use again.

Perfect Curtains
Fabulous curtains arrived quickly in perfect condition, exactly as described! I purchased them from Seymour’s as they were at the best price I could find, even with postage added, and would be happy to use them again.

Great service
I needed a fitted sheet but forgot to check the depth. When I realised my mistake I emailed Seymours and got a quick response. Everything was sorted out, including additional payment, very quickly.

The BEST shopping experience
The BEST shopping experience. I spent a pretty penny on a wine glass and it came so well packaged, like it was a sweet little princess girl tucked into bed so well nothing would disturb her. Fast shipping as well. If I were richer I’d buy 3 more of the glasses I got but alas, I’m not there yet.
