The whole process of ordering to receiving the goods went smoothly and rapidly. What more can one ask for! The last time i bought from Seymours, the courrier DPD made a totally mess of getting the goods to me despite Seymours best efforts to intervene. This time, it went like clockwork as one would expect.

Lovely cushion covers. Excellent quality.
Gave 4 * not 5* as the description says 55 x 55, whereas mine were 50x50.
I was fine with the size, so kept it.
If the sizing description had been accurate, I would have given 5*

Good website. Terrible system for delivery
Good website, easy checkout, love the headline I bought.
BUT your delivery requirements are a nightmare. You can choose the day, which is fine.
You can't choose the time and you have to give a code to the driver, so you have to be in. So you can end up unable to go out of the house and don't know until the day of the delivery when your time slot will be. We don't sit at home waiting for you to condescend to call. I have never come across this system before and it stinks. The delivery service you use was fine
