A great company to deal with
Seymours Home offered the best price for the duvet cover I wanted. It was delivered very quickly and I was given a personal contact to deal with if there were any problems, which there weren't. I would certainly use this company again; their service is excellent.

The margin for error is significant
Service, order processing, and delivery were all excellent - no complaints at all. The Brinkhaus pillow arrived on time and is currently being tested as it settles into its final shape.
My 3-star rating is solely due to the difficulty of making an informed choice. For a premium product in this price range (£200–£600), the product descriptions are not detailed enough to support a confident purchase decision. In particular, there is no clear explanation of how the pillow performs after days or weeks of use, once it settles and compresses.
There is also a lack of comparative information between models. A detailed comparison table across the brand’s range would be extremely helpful.
A key unanswered question concerns chamber pillows (feather core with down outer layers): how exactly are the chambers separated? If the feather core is not fully isolated, there is a concern that over time the materials will mix, changing the performance of the pillow.
In-store testing, even when possible, does not fully solve this, as the true feel only becomes clear after extended use. Given that these items are non-returnable and widely unavailable to compare physically (even in London), the margin for error is significant and potentially costly.
The manufacturer would benefit from providing more technically detailed, practical descriptions - explaining not just composition, but real-world performance over time.
In hindsight, I may have chosen a high-fill Hungarian down pillow instead Glamour, as a denser fill could better maintain loft and provide the gradual softness I was expecting from the layered, chamber construction.

We do appreciate your comments regarding product information. Striking the right balance between providing enough detail whilst still keeping descriptions clear and easy to read can be difficult, as many customers prefer concise information rather than lengthy technical explanations.
As you mention, comfort and feel are also very personal and can be hard to judge online, which is why we do always encourage customers, where possible, to visit a showroom to look at different models and constructions in person before purchasing.
We’re very grateful for your constructive comments and will certainly take them on board as we are currently significantly upgrading our website, and hope to continue improving our product information and comparison guidance online.
Perhaps one day technology and AI will make it possible to conduct a kind of “virtual sleep test” before purchase but until then, nothing quite replaces trying a pillow in person!
