Very Good Service Thank you
We brought some Curtains and a cushion There was a slight delay with the curtains but Seymours uprated the delivery to Next Day at no extra cost. When the products arrived the Cushion was fine but the Curtains had a red dye mark on them which we only noticed when they had been put up.
We contacted Seymours and they acknowledged the problem quickly and let us keep those curtains up whilst they were obtaining new stock which came in quickly. They then sent the fresh curtains by next day delivery and arranged for some return labels to be included so we could send the defective ones back (at no cost)
Really we cannot fault them for what they did and at no extra cost and will use them again with a 100% recommendation

A company with a heart
I was searching for something specific. Seymours came up with the exact goods. The communication with their personnel was more than excellent. We live in France and we received the goods in 4 days, which was really good. Information on delivery was spot on. The goods were just as I expected, just as described on Seymours website. But for me the most outstanding part was the communication with the company. It felt very personal and you knew you were dealing with people proud to work at Seymours. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in this order. I would truly recommend this company.

Well, we were looking for bright, colourful towels that would appeal to either a small child or a teenager, and you had a magnificent range of towels that were exactly right! Your website is easy to negotiate, and things moved very quickly - about 2 days later, we received the towels, beautifully packed!! Very, very pleased!!
