Ordered a memory card and took advantage of a 10% discount code I had. Order went through ok but a couple hours later I had an email to say my payment had been declined. Had to reorder and couldn't reuse the 10% code. When I emailed EE asking for a new code they declined saying it was one time use despite not fulfilling that particular service. Second time I've had poor service. Great mobile network. Poor retailer.

Shocking service, ordered a item. Didn't recieve it and still waiting for EE to reply to my complaint

I ordered printer ink from their website, which was well priced and arrived freepost very quickly. Really appreciated and will certainly buy from them again.

Ordering was simple and the item arrived one day before the stated date. I’m very impressed.

My order came quickly and it was in perfect shape I am very happy with the new phone you sent me and the price was very reasonable.

Products arrived as expected and they are now in service. No problems.

Extremely poor customer service

Great offers but absolutely poor customer service responses by only email, 3 days for replies and even then poor level of investigation and clarity when not receiving the office 365 email for digital download link, stopped me accessing my files for 1 whole week, now waiting for refund response whilst I pay a little more at another retailer to get the digital download much faster and live customer service to resolve any issues straight away not one week later...im expecting refund to be processed in 3 weeks at this rate! Not happy not good especially being a mobile EE customer with 4 lines! May have to have a rethink due to the massive inconvenience this has caused!

Ordering process was quick and simple. Delivery came on time. Very happy with the product i bought, overall great service.

Edgware broadwalk EE store.I have had issues with this store about 2 years ago , which was their staffs unprofessional attitude and I went in there because they were a new set of staffs . However their attitude is pathetic. They are taking advantage of people like myself that are not conversant with contract deals. I wonder how many vulnerable people they have scammed due to their inability to confront their dishonesty. The only reason why we go Into stores is to have a face to face experience and to be able to trust the agent and to be rest assured of a stress free over the phone experience. Unfortunately, it's the opposite as the store contract is so bad that their is no cooling off period which you are not told about. If there is a fault with the new gadget purchased they dont replace it rather they send you on errand to the manufacturer. They don't care. The worst of it is that they Lie to you to make sales and when they make this fraudulently sales they congratulate each other right in your face and order food for job well done. Unprofessionalism is their motto for the day.
I went in to get 2 phones and they ended up selling me a tablet fraudulently. They told me it came with the phone I was buying only for me to confirm with customer service over the phone and I was told I will be paying 14pounds for 3 years for a tablet I was told was free on the purchase day. I went back to return it and they said they told me. Apparently it was their word against mine. So if you will be going to the store to purchase , let them know you will be recording their conversation. They also lied that when I came back to the store I was aggressive. Mind you they have already upset me for their dishonesty and I was observed but aggressive that was their manager by the name Jay. He did not have a resolution at hand. Did no investigation but was through with me within 2 mins .. I wasn't surprised because he was in on the fraud. Fortunately for me I was vindicated when I raised it up with their retail customer service, who looked into it. Because Pratt was God sent. She did a thorough review of the case and found out that they did not add the tablet sold to me on the contract that I signed but added to their copy of agreement. I Was advised to return it and what ever amount has been deducted will be refunded to me. Thank you again Becca Pratt for seeing this through. I was going to leave EE because of this experience but because of the positive outcome , I have considered giving EE another chance. If you ever want to buy from store make sure you check your prices on the phone before going in to store. I am aware they sold me at a higher price but next time I will stick to phone experience. Thank you again Becca Pratt and I hope EE REWARDS you for your hard work. And as for the store guys. Jay the manage and Abass the agent... who thinks he has got a charm by referring to me as aunty... stop taking advantage of people. Do your work with dignity and probably give them better customer service training for future customers as for me. I can never go back there.

Great price, cheapest PS5 by a long way. Exceptionally quick delivery!

I bought a watch which was on offer for a good price. Easy to order and I was kept up to date with emails, from confirming receipt of the order to dispatch and estimated date for delivery. Delivery was via DPD, I think, and they also confirmed when they had received the item and when they would deliver. For me everything went smoothly.

Still not received order after ,2 weeks

I have searched all offers on this TV and EE's was the best I could find. So far it lives up to expctations - time will tell.
However, delivery was unacceptably slow. Stated as being 1 -3 days but in fact took 8. I've no criticism of the delivery company (except that there was far too much form filling & petty admin for what at the end of the day is a parcel delivery). They kept me in the loop once they received the item, gave a 3 hour delivery slot, kept to it & the courier phoned about an hour before actual delivery meaning I wasn't hanging about waiting for it. The delay was with EE which is annoying because there was no contact or updates from them once the order was placed & confirmed. Really need to get their act together.

Competitive prices , excellent communication throughout. Free delivery . Great service.

Ordering was straightforward and price was competitive. The reason for not giving five stars is the delivery service. I had paid for next day delivery however there was no communication in advance re time of delivery or option to leave with neighbour if necessary. Doorbell footage confirms a very limited attempt to deliver despite obvious activity on the premises.
