No issues at all ordering from ee store. But they do need to look more closely at their delivery companies. DPD sent a photo of a lay-by over a mile away from the delivery address and said they’d left a calling card at that location but you can’t contact anyone. Had to have redelivered to collection point which delayed the delivery and added an 8 mile trip

Ink cartridge has not arrived after a week, when it should have been within 3 days. Tracking link supplied is not recognised by Royal Mail Tracking. Have contacted EE Store Customer Services, but no response.

Ordered a tv. A few days later, their private courier contacted me to organise delivery. They couldn't give me a specific time, just dates which was really frustrating because I aren't at home all day. This was a big frustration. EE are almost uncontactable too - you can email them but it takes them 4 days to reply. I wasn't impressed with this service and will consider other retailers the next time I need to order something.

Very happy with the product and service. Fast delivery and the items were as described.

Speed of delivery was good - however, try as I might it will not connect to existing router

I ordered a UPS for Digital Voice. The item delivered was not as described and would not perform function required.
E-mail sent via their link which gave a 16 working hour anticipated response.
20hours ( over four calendar days) later they sent a request for feedback. Feedback for what? They haven’t done anything.
I will now try to return the item and then find a more reliable supplier.

I wanted a simple Canon ink cartridge. EE was about 25% cheaper than anyone else. Incredibly it arrived within two days and free delivery. So good I ordered two more!

Ordered a PS5 controller however when it arrived the package was heavily damaged and torn. Controller itself seems fine but would not order from EE again as they or their delivery partner do not ensure products arrive in good condition to the purchaser.

I placed my order on the 8th August for next day delivery and I am still awaiting this. i have spoken to customer services twice who couldn't help me because I placed the order online via the shop. i have emailed the shop but have heard nothing back either and no orders can be found online when trying to trace the delivery details even though I have the sales invoice and order confirmation emails. This was a birthday gift which is now going to be given late unfortunately

Awful service. I bought a new iPhone on 04.08.2025 and it was meant to be delivered on 07.08.2025; the package is lost in transit (parcel force) and nobody seems to care about it. I have emailed and phone EE multiple times but no solution has been offered to me. I’ve been told this has been raised with the courier and once they reply, EE will let me know. I don’t think I should pay for someone else’s mistake. It’s been over a week and it’s so frustrating that nobody cares and the customer is the one to pay for it. 100% not recommended. Steer away from EE store.

I've bought a WD hard drive from the store. The whole experience was good as it should be. The item was well packaged to protect from the delivery torture, delivery time was also acceptable. No issues at all.
Finally, the price of the item was the cheapest one all around.

I tried to contact EE using their on line chat facility. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait long enough for them to start the chat so i asked if they could email me the instructions manual for my new tv and left the chatroom. They very kindly emailed the manual as requested

Firstly, delivery attempt was made for my order but apparently they couldn’t, though everyone was home. It did get delivered after two days although that is not the problem. The problem is how the order arrived, the product box was in bad condition as they did not use protective packaging and didn’t look like it was handled cautiously.

Poorly set out and explained I ordered the wrong part

Placed an order for the samsung zfold 7 and samsung watch ultra 8. Had a fantastic experience from ordering to delivery.

Poor customer service and store managers are rude as well!

I bought two VR headsets, each with a £50 EE Game Store voucher and the inclusion of the Batman VR game.

They never provided me with the codes, and the promotion for that game ended months ago, but they were still advertising it.

I spoke to 4 people, 4! Not one of them has been able to sort out my complaint. All 4 have said they will contact the teams to get the codes and vouchers, etc, but they never respond. It's been 6 weeks!

One customer service rep gave me their email to chase it up. But they won't respond to that either!
