I ordered 2 JBL earbuds, but my order was cancelled without any notification. Worse, I was still charged and had to wait several days to get my money back, after exchanging multiple emails with EE Store and involving PayPal. A complete waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered 10 days ago. Still yet to receive my item. I’ve emailed for a 16 working hour response? I then get a reply saying give us 48 hours after waiting 3 days. No other methods of contacting EE. Awful experience and you have the brass neck to ask me for a review. Utter incompetence

In a world where next day delivery is the norm, and same day delivery is even possible, I don't understand how EE take multiple days.

Ordering a product from the EE Store website was straightforward and I received both an email and text to confirm the order within a few minutes.
I was able to track my order and it was delivered promptly and in perfect condition.
The price of the item was competitive and I'd be happy to order in future.

I required an adapter for the new digital phone system. Ordering was easy and efficient. Delivery was prompt and the item was packaged well. The bonus was that it was all free.

Great products and at a great price, would be 5 star but my order came at the same time in two different vans and a day or two earlier than told but it wasn’t a problem

I ordered a Toshiba TV. When it arrived, I spent the morning trying to get it to work, but it was stuck in a loop during the initial upload. I then spent time on to Toshiba technical support and evetually got a reference number for EE. I emailed straight away asking to return and for a refund. I received an automatic reply stating that I would be contacted within 2 working days. By the end of Tuesday, I'd heard nothing. On Wednesday, I attempted to ring to get it resolved, whilst the staff were nice and tried to be helpful, no one seemed to know who the team were that deal with electrical goods sales (I was transferred a few times internally), and Ididn't really get anywhere, so also reached out on X. I got a response today that basically says that it will get responded to at some point. So still waiting to hear from them so I can return an item that I was sold that doesn't work. I don't know how a vulnerable person would cope with this terrible service, I expect they would be exploited and forced to keep an expensive item that doesn't work. Its very sad.

Good price reduction on speakers but after I ordered price was halved and I couldn't work out how to get it matched. All good otherwise

Shocking service. Damaged item delivered, no number to call. Slow response to email. A week later and still not resolved

You sent me the incorrect item on 19/09/25, I emailed you early morning the same day, still have had no response and when I spoke to EE yesterday they gave me another email address to try so I have forwarded Fridays email to you yesterday and have heard nothing from you!

My experience was Okay, not so happy though. Had to wait for 3 weeks to get the item. Item was Grade A, but I would not rate A for the mobile I received. Box has many stickers and tapes on it, Accessories was used as well. Screen has tiny marks too. Anyways my overall experience is Average.
