BT and EE are the best in all calibres - here are the names of what I believe to be the best of the best EE Guide Assets within your Company and from the EE Store in Westfield's Shopping Centre in Sheppard's Bush London; Managers Batoul, Kiran, and Ryver... alongside potential leadership agents; Yasmin, Akila, and Daniela... my recent visit to the store itself was a really positive EE experience, thank you in particular to the names aforementioned, I appreciate all your efforts.

Ps: but secretly Clapham Junction St John's Rd Battersea EE Store and all the staff there are my actual favourites - however James has relocated to a different store - HE IS THE BOSS AT HIS SKILLS WITH CUSTOMERS, make sure he becomes a regional manager PLEASE, takes talent to be that genius..

If I need an adapter, why can't the engineer bring it? When I asked this question by email, I was told ee is an online retailer. It was then sent by post and I got a message saying it would arrive between 12.15 and 15.15 (I think) on a day when I had to catch a train at 12. So I asked for it to left at the nearest post office. I'm away for 10 days and if the adapter's sent back by the post office, I'll scream.

Good service, good product

Item delivered was broken. Only way to contact consumer service is via email. I emailed within an hour of delivery. 5 days later and no reply. I have emailed again. Poor customer service.

Unsure as an old person what the changes mean but was informed that I will require an adapter for the new phone system. Ordering was simple and efficient. Delivery was prompt and perfectly packed. Still not sure what or when I have to use this adapter but time will tell. I would recommend the EE Store for this type of adaptor

Item was easy to select and delivery, by Royal Mail (not a courier) was quick.

Ordered a TV on the 09/09/25. Money was taken from my account on 12/09/25. I have not had any notification about tracking or where the TV is even though my account says it has been dispatched.

No problems at all

Purchased on Thursday with delivery 1-3 working days Tuesday they messaged to expect delivery between 2-6pm at 4 pm they estimated delivery between 6-9pm ass a lot of traffic then at 8pm messaged to say they had a family emergency so would not be able to deliver. Messaged to say delivery had Benn re-arranged for Thursday between 6-9pm then arrived at 4pm ???????

Phone stolen by courier, no phone line to speak to any online store representatives, only email correspondence which was slow.

Purchased phone which was going out of stock, only a refund offered, no alternatives / upgrades offered.

Ordered a tv it arrived quickly

I ordered an Ethernet Switch - a pound more than Amazon, but with free delivery, so overall much cheaper. And the free delivery was "next day", so the whole shopping experience was brilliant.

Order arrived next day, can’t fault EE

Absolutely disgusting company and the customer service is DREADFUL. I ordered a tv and realised I had ordered incorrectly. Immediately cancelled it but it took 3 DAYS for them to respond and my order arrived. Even their own staff sent an email to cancel it but they deny getting an email. I also went on website and filled the contact form. There is no phone yet the emails they send have phone number links (which is for the EE BROADBAND AND MOBILE, so why is that on their emails and website. I am severely disabled and cannot return this item physically. I DO NOT KNOW how to return it plus I DO NOT KNOW the weight. I have asked and asked. It is despicable how a disabled person has been treated. I phoned the phone number in tears.

The product I received seemed to fulfil my expectation. However, the delivery was a bit slow. It took around 5 days to get my product. But nonetheless, the service is much appreciated.
