Order said delivered between 1-3 working days, arrived two full weeks after ordered. Terrible service and never updated once on order in those two weeks

Box for PS5 controller came extremely damaged … to the point I question if it was in fact ‘new’.

Not much help from customer service.

The EE Store packaged the item in a plastic bag which has offered no protection to the item I am purchasing. It's EE Store's responsibility that the item has arrived in the poor condition that it has. And they're asking me to bare the costs of returning!

If the item was shipped in better packaging, for example a box with bubble wrap or air bags inside, securing the item in the box, then I wonder if the item would've been damaged at all?

I would be shocked if the EE Store thought the item would not be damaged when only being shipped in a plastic bag.

Irrespective of this being a gift, if I were to purchase something personally for myself, I wouldn't pay full price or purchase at all, if I knew this was the kind of state the item would arrive in.

And more importantly, this is a gift. But considering the state of the item and it's packaging how can I be sure the item inside isn't damaged? This is meant to be a gift, so I can't open the package to check and then gift an opened package!

The responsibility lies with the item being shipped in a poor choice of packaging and I won't accept negligence on your part or to incur any additional cost for this already frustrating experience on top of the back and forth with your customer service team.

Ordering was fine however delivery by parcelforce was awful. They confirmed delivery on 2 occasions and didn’t arrive. I redirected to a post office but this request was ignored
When they finally arrived it was outside of the 4 hour window promised and came at 8.30pm
It took 6 days for express delivery to arrive, I contacted EE twice by email but got no response

They took payment for a TV last month. Never sent the TV. Twice they’ve given me delivery dates (I had to book off work) and both times it didn’t turn up. Not responding to emails. No phone number so can’t speak to anyone. Had to open a case with PayPal to try to get my money back which I am still waiting for weeks later.

The ordering process was very easy and the item was delivered exactly on time. Well done, EE!

The top-link Tapo that I received was not fit for purpose. Registration proved very problematic before I could even get into making it working. Then registering my phone without instructions. Then to introducing the phone to the the camera never happened. My Wifi is from BT. However all I got from the app is my phone should be 2G. As You know all that is available 4G or 3G in London. I did seek help from the manufacturer's technical team but received none.
Useless. I have already given up with trying. I have used Internet connected cameras and I am a Professional Engineer (I Eng. MIET)

Competitive prices, clear online store and easy ordering process.

In Oct. BT Are planning to upgrade to digital voice, so I required a DV. adapter, Prompt tracked delivery via Royal Mail. Package arrived on time, as stated.

Absolutely useless I order my TV and paid for it 27th August and it was on a 2 to 3 day delivery Its hasn't been delivered I am told via e mail that its expected Tuesday 9th that's 2 weeks !!!!
Never again, I will use an alternative supplier next time

Ordered an adapter for Digital Voice.
Received within 2 days.
Fast, efficient service.

Tried to return an accessory I purchased, but 7 days later the return has not been approved. EE keeps asking for information I've already provided (e.g. order number) and are taking days at a time to ask random questions that they have the information for. It's almost like they're trying to time out my 14 day cancellation window on purpose. I called 150 and they are no help either - just told me that someone will be in touch. Still waiting!

Item was despatched and arrived really quickly.

The store is meant to open at 9am. I have been in a queue for an hour to wait for another staff member so that the shop can open. It is now 10am. The staff are rude and unhelpful, particularly a staff member named Thomas. I will NOT be returning to this store.

Had issues with my bank authorising the payment multiple times which was very frustrating but thankfully EE store assistants were very understanding and helpful to reprocess my order multiple times until the banks allowed. Apparently mobile phone transactions are heavily regulated due to high fraud by the banks but surely after you have authorised and approved it multiple times its a joke. In any case I got my new phone very promptly and the EE experience itself was seamless no problem.

I ordered a PS5 Pro, which was at the best price I could find online. The ordering process was quick and simple and I received my order within 2 days of purchase. Very, very happy.

I was looking for iPhones. A confusing phone with so many series and even the clearance models were expensive.
Smart TVs on offer provide a more manageable spend within budget.
When I’m ready to buy a new TV I will certainly check out EE
