I have purchase Samsung Earbuds 3, on 19th of August. Today that I am doing the review it is 26th of August and still I haven't got them. The beautiful is I spoke with EE customer service today and they couldn't
tracked the order. Thanks God I have from them confirmation email and the invoice for the purchase I have done.

The low score is a reflection of poor courier service. Why is it that companies do nothing to improve the standard of courier delivery. Mine arrived, a small item that would fit though the letterbox easily. It was left outside on full view of passers by. The courier recorded it was handed to Christine (who doesn't exist here). So, regardless of price etc if sellers can't even ensure their couriers are honest and properly deliver, they deserve only 2 stars for a poor overall service.

Terrible place, basically uncontactable too.
I missed a delivery, and have been in contact since the 16th of August 2025, it is now the 26 of August 2025. I have had a email reply asking me when is okay for redelivery on the 21st and upon replying the contact team has gone completely M.I.A. Will never ever purchase from them again because there is no contact number to call and emailing will take you virtually forever. Do not purchase from here if you want to keep your sanity.

The most stressful experience ever. I cancelled my order when I realised that the tv would be too big for my lounge. I didn’t receive any acknowledgment that this had been done. I then started my mammoth task of trying to talk to someone at EE. I think I was passed to every department at EE with no one able to give me an answer.. I also sent emails……. I eventually had success with the Distribution Dept after a couple of calls with them. Turns out the cancellation has to come from EE or I could have it delivered and then not accept it and send it back. I didn’t do this. Eventually got it sorted and I am now waiting for my refund which I hope I will receive this week, otherwise there will be a few angry messages. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything else.

Phone adaptor delivered on time and undamaged

Delivered the item the a random address, no idea where the item is and have been given nothing but delay tactics since finding out , still don't have the item , won't be buying from EE again and I suggest others go elsewhere

The Order takes longer to arrive, I ordered since 19th August and it has not arrive on the 26th Of August on the website indicate 2-3 working days.I am really dissappointed and the reason for the purchase is not fulfilles,because I need to use it last weekend but not deliver.

I ordered a set of home telephones. They were cheaper than other sellers, they arrived quickly and without any problems. Excellent service, thank you.

Ordered 2 televisions on 17th July, meant to be 1-4 days shipping but am still waiting. Reason for two stars is that when I eventually got through to someone to talk about it their were very friendly and seemed to be trying to help. I’m now going to cancel the order and go elsewhere, will never buy from them again.

Last Friday I paid £9. for next day delivery on Saturday but it did not arrive until Monday!

A great experience, was kept informed al along, got a great tv at a great price

The items cost was one of the cheapest. When I accidentally ordered the wrong item and then cancelled the order before reordering the correct ink cartridges, there was no problem.
Delivery was quite quick too,

I wanted to give some feedback about the product images on the EE website.
I've found them to be a bit misleading, and I think it's something that could be improved. For example, the image for the Kensington Duo Gel Mouse Wrist Rest on the product page and in the order confirmation email distinctly shows two items. Even though the description says otherwise, seeing that same image in the order confirmation email is a little confusing too. When I reached out to customer service about it, I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. It would be great if the images could more accurately reflect what's being sold.

I purchased the PS5 Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 bundle, but there was no voucher included in the box. I contacted EE about the issue and received a generic response a few days later, advising me to “look properly” for the voucher and, if not found, to contact Sony directly.

That was the extent of their support and no real effort to resolve the issue, and no link or contact details for Sony were provided. The response felt dismissive and unhelpful, showing a lack of genuine customer service.

I’m very disappointed with the experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The TV was easy to order, clear communication of order and delivery dates. Delivery arrived within agreed time slot, securely packaged and works perfectly.
The cost of the TV was significantly cheaper than other online retailers.
Overall impressed with my first purchase

I stupidly thought that purchasing some thing from the EE store would be a good thing as I thought they were a good uk company, boy was I wrong!

I purchased a blue Ps5 controller for my daughters birthday later this month and I was sent one that had previously been opened before it was sent and the box was all smashed up. I tried every phone number and eventually I got told that I can't speak to anyone on the phone about my specific order, you can only talk about the purchases of phones and Internet services on the phone, the guy on the phone wouldn't even put me through to the relevant department as he said they won't speak to me unless I had a order number that started with different digits to mine.

I was told I could only email my issue and to ask for a refund as I'm not happy buying a product that has clearly been opened before I received it as the sticky tab was completely dry when I received it. I asked for a refund and they they completly ignored my pictures that clearly show it had been opened before they stuck my order details on the box and they said that I have to pay to return it if I want a refund. I'm going to have to do that as I don't know what damage the controller nay have as there's no reason it should have been opened.

The customer services are terrible and it's ridiculous that I can't even speak to anyone. I will never be using EE again after this and wouldn't recommended anyone buy anything that isn't phone or mobile as you won't get any kind of help sorting out any issues you have. I've been trying for over a week now to sort this out but the best answer I've got is to pay for my return postage if I don't want to buy a used item.
