My order was scheduled for the 18th of january, and still didn’t come in, the application doesn’t show any progress, receipt doesn’t include shipping fees

I have made this order on the 6/1/24 you took the payment the same day. Today is 12/1/24 and I still haven’t got my order as a matter of fact it has not been received by your Courrier yet. Could you be courteous enough to let me know when to expect delivery please.

Unfortunately my order which was placed on the 8th of November hasn't arrived yet. I chose a delivery date, a week after ordering. That day have come and gone with no signs of my order. After contacting them....asking for my order to be delivered on a Wednesday, I was assured that would be the case, it was attempted to be delivered on Thursday and Friday. The days I was at work during. After contacting the courier by text messages during that , no effort was made by the courier to listen. The order was returned to shop and shine. After speaking with Ahmed for more than once, and being reassured it will be sent on 2 different dates, nothing has happened. I have emailed him, tried to call him since last week, no response at all. I have asked for a refund. This is a very disappointing shopping experience.

Why when I try to contact you no answer?! I suppose to receive my delivery today which is what I paid for and till now haven't received any response from you or even heard about the order?! 🙄
