I received my order a week later, which was later than the promised next-day delivery. Unfortunately, over half of the items were missing, despite confirming stock availability with the company before placing the order. Upon contacting them, I was informed that the missing items were not in stock, with a promise to dispatch them within two days. However, another week passed, and I received nothing. Despite several calls and texts, there was no response until they finally answered when I used a different number. I requested a refund, which they promptly processed. The lack of responsiveness and the delay in addressing the issue showed a disappointing lack of respect for customers.

The order should be delivered today but appears on the app it is not picked up yet and no details about the exact timing or even how to get refund for my money

The products are good quality,the delivary is fast. The customer services is helpful and friendly. I onsly love it I wish the had more options for poultry, meat, fruit and vegetables . overall excellent service and promote delivery

Following my recent experience and because I have recommended this place before I am writing my honest opinion, I NO LONGER recommend this place, I have placed an order on the 17th of September, haven’t received it, on the 21st I received a call and been informed that one of the items of my order can not be delivered as the product they received “doesn’t meet the standards”, And the rest of the order shall take 2-3 days to be delivered, and I shall receive a refund for the items that was no longer available, as of today 10/10 I have not received neither the refund nor the rest of the order, I have reached for them everywhere but Got totally ignored, so be Aware when you place an order with this place there is a 50/50 chance you will pay for nothing!

No idea what's wrong with this shop. I placed my order 2 days ago to be delivered today. No delivery, no message explaining whatsoever. Zero customer service, the email I sent them this morning was ignored, so as my multiple attempts to call with a voicemail left. ZERO response.

I really recommend shop & shine, such a great egyptian food and customer service.
When I had a problem with my purchase they responded at the moment and fixed it . Definitely I'll deal with them again.
