I recently ordered a few rings on the "only pay for shipping" sales and I was a little skeptical but both arrived. I accidentally got the sizings a little wrong so I approached the company for a return and replacement and they were very communicative and got me a replacement size (all arrived 1-2 weeks from ordering). When a courier being used didn't deliver, the customer service found for me where they'd left for pickup and I was able to pick it up with no problem. My brother also ordered a wristband from them and all the stuff we got looked how it does on the website and seems good quality.

It's a shipping scam. They send a box that has a shipping error so that it never arrives with your products.

Report their account on social media so that no one else falls for it.

Jai été attiré par leur 100% de réduction sur les bagues, vous pouvez en prendre autant que vous voulez, elle sont toutes gratuites, mais les frais de ports sont de 99$. j'ai fait un tour sur alieexpress, exactement toutes les même bagues sont présentes, mais pour environ 1$ l'unité. si les bagues vous plaisent vraiment allez sur alieexpress pour les acheter

Hello, real-life person here. Just what a bot would say;) No jokes aside I ordered like four rings when theyhad one of their "Only pay for shipping"-sales. I was sceptic about the validity of this company but thought that I'd try it anyway.
And just like that, the rings arrived. They did take like 3 weeks to arrive, but hey at least I got them. SO actually it is a legit company.
And the rings were like they were advertised on the website. I enjoyed it a lot!

I had ordered the wrong product and I emailed them. They immediately got back to me and solved the problem. They are the best.

I accidently ordered the wrong ring size, so I wrote an E-mail to find out how it can be fixed. I always got a fast, nice and helpful reply. And my problem was fixed easily, cheap (I live in Germany and can imagine the shipping is really expensive) and quick.

Ordered for the 1st time last year before Christmas, the items should have been presents , but there were some issues in the customs and I didn't got my items, but the personal from Silk & Cotton were so great and offered to resend the order on their cost, and they even sent a 5% cupon. Today i received my items , they are beautiful & very good quality. The staff were very nice and answered every time on my emails . Thank you so much! I will shop again here and tell to all my friends about their products .

I bought a ring during a sale, I had only to pay for shipping. The ring I chose is called a Black faceted abalone ring. That is not what was shipped to me: The ring is not faceted, it is smooth! The ring looks alright, but it is not worth more than the low cost I paid for it... Do not ever pay regular prices for the products, you will get disappointed! Do you want a cheap, simple but good-looking ring, you may visit the store during sales but remember to pay with Paypal (Paypal offers great services and will be able to help if you want a refund or if the product isn't shipped)! Do not ever buy sunglasses, they are absolute garbage!

Silk and cotton are a clear scam, they are commiting fraud by claiming that they reside in London and that their rings are handcrafted there but if you order them they arrive from China or Estonia, they also claim that their rings are free because business has been going well but that doesn't seem to be the case they instead choose to ask for an absurd price for shipping much higher than the prices of the rings, also if you order a ring they will just order it or something similar to it from AliExpress to your given address,
One more issue I forgot to mention is that they don't answer to emails when I ask why my product hasn't arrived in 2 months

Sells "metal" rings, order received and it's only plastic, looks very cheap and comes from china when it says "Silk and cotton London".

Ordered rings in wrong size and managed to get them replaced. They respond quickly too and overall it was a joyful experience.

My order went missing due to human error in my local, the Silk and Cotton team was very nice and patient that helped me tackled and track my order, and they even reship the whole order for me on their expenses! Such amazing and heart-warming company!!

Ordered 2 rings in different sizes and 1 was slightly too big, I contacted the online chat and it was no issue at all to sort out a replacement, the rings seem to be good quality too

I have been ordering rings off of their site for two years now and have yet to be let down. It looks like it's a scam site due to our polluted platforms these days but even when I personally messed up an order, it took them only an hour to respond and correct my mistake. Great business and great people and am happy to keep supporting them.

Quality products and a great support. Highly recommended. This is my second order and I will definitely continue buying from them.

Honnêtement la qualité est absolument présente et elles sont justes magnifiques
Je dirais tout de même de faire attention car quand elles sont noires à la place de l'acier elles ont tendances à être moins belles que sur les photos.
Par contre le service client est une merveille honnêtement en moins de 24h on m'a répondu, on m'a aidé vraiment un service client incroyable !
Et puis, le fait que tout soit à -100% m'arrange personnellement car je trouve ça plus accessible étant donné que je paye que les frais de livraisons qui sont assez conséquent

I ordered a pair of sunglasses, some rings and necklaces and a wristwatch. The sunglasses were some very poor quality with a weak structure and inconsistently transparent lenses, which were made out of the cheapest plastic. On their website they say that these sunglasses include a bamboo case but I just got a fabric pouch. Don't recommend these.
Their rings are actually kind of alright. They are strong, durable and beautifully made. I like my simple blue titanium ring. If you like how a ring looks on their website, you may want to go for it if it's on sale, because they're definitely not worth the original price of 20usd+.
The necklaces did have some metal and look pretty nice from a distance. They're very simply and cheaply made and smell very odd though. If you like how they look, maybe get one.
The watch wasn't included in my package. I have no idea how they missed it. Don't buy watches from this website.
It's weird how they have so many items on -100% sale so often. They say that they're thankful to their customers and want to give back but I don't get why they would give stuff away for free so often. It feels like they have stuff on sale all the time.
Overall I probably wouldn't order from them again. They seem suspicious with their business. Also they say that they're located in London but my package came from Estonia.

I have had better experiences buying stuff from smartyleowl. Smartyleowl's resin necklaces are amazing and much better than what silk&cotton sells.

Very nice product quality and excellent customer service. I did a mistake on my order and they were able to sort it out without any compromisation.
