Excellent service and very fast response time.

The device is "cool" and the service is a comfort. The response is dependable. Customer service has been great for answering questions and assisting my care team get onboard.

Don't like the fact that there isn't a color warning on device that it needs charging. Don't like that there isn't a blinking light to let you know that it is working

So far I have not had an emergency with my Silvertree, thank God. I took advantage of yearly rate for monitoring. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Poor battery life, am allergic to the wrist band causing itchy rash. Comfortable to wear tho. Will reconsider at the end of year subscription as I am concerned at the lack of a microphone in wrist unit.

I had a problem signing into my account Leeanna and the IT team tried everything until they found the solution. They never gave up until I was able to log in again.

Since I bought this device about a month ago, it has gone off at least 10 times without my moving ... at pumping gas, driving, just sitting, etc.. I have tried to set up an appt with the company but that has failed. It would be wonderful if it were to operate correctly. I had difficulty shutting off the amber light which usually blinks red. I feel like the little boy who cried wolf because my team is getting alerted so often. This weekend took the cake. I received an alert, couldnt' turn off my device. Long story short a policeman was alerted and they were given an address and sent to the wrong house blocks away. I had to get a new phone because my other cell phone wasn't compatible with the system. Now I have a device that isn't working properly and had to spend over $200 for a new phone because I wanted to subscribe to this company. I've since changed my mind. I'm going to switch companies so I just notified Silvertree that I am canceling my subscription and, so far, they haven't contacted me to ask "why." If I had so many false alarms, surely many others are also, There is a definite problem in the system.

I have had 6 false alarms all while doing everyday tasks such as brushing teeth, vacuuming, driving. My contact person has issues connecting to the site to cancel the alarms. I usually don’t feel the vibrations so I am not able to cancel it myself. The battery only lasts 3-4 days. It might be good for someone who sits in a chair all day.

The battery life is good, but I'm still waiting on. Jason to fix by Wi-Fi connection doesn't work with my AT&T.

Bought this for my MIL as an alternative to the pendant-style fall detection monitors. She loves that it is a watch style. Being visually impaired, the text alerts if she sets off the system do not work for her. She needs a phone call.

Monitor does seem super-sensitive. The 15-seconds for her to quell alarm if it thinks she fell is not a long enough window for a visually impaired senior to react.

Also, many of her friends were interested in this system but quickly became disinterested when they realized it didn’t also function as a watch.

I am very pleased with my Silvertree. It is attractive, functional, and lightweight. It gives me a sense of security at home and when I go out.

Cool concept, okish prices, coffee average, vibe amazing. Just want to say that the veggie muffin was so salty!!! Please put leas salt into the veggies.

We purchased this device for my husband who uses a walker (our adult children suggested it)
1. It doesn't seem to keep a charge for long.
2. One little bump on the top and I am getting texts from the kids, thinking my husband has fallen.
3. My husband has lost so much weight the device is a
tad bulky

There was a knock on my door, I opened it to find three firemen outside. Apparently my reach, unbeknownst to me had sent off an alarm. Neither my Reach, watch or phone were anywhere near me since I was giving the dog a bath. I had missed all the messages from Silvertree, hence the Firemen turning up. I was quite embarrassed but also grateful to know that the system works. Still don't understand why it went off, though.

Customer Service at Silver Tree has been exceptional. We were having issues with the app and the team worked with us until our issues were resolved. They were pleasant and patient with us as we worked getting all of us logged in to the app.

The silvertree bracelet is good, But needs adjusting as the alarm will activate on its own frequently at least 2 - 3 times a week and cannot be de activated easily. Is this a first run bracelet. I understand that you are trying to correct the sensitivity issues. Can you readjust mine in the future? Thank you. Linda Guarente
