I used Simpson removals yesterday.
The 2 men who moved me were brilliant. Very professional and helpful. Great service. I’d recommend them anytime.

Our collection was exactly when quoted and everything went as planned

The team was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and intend on using them exclusively for any future relocation needs. I cannot thank them enough - saved me from another service provider. They were efficient, friendly and always in touch.

First class, professional job from start to finish. Both the office staff and removal men where friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending to others. Congratulations to all involved.

Positive:
The guys were friendly and communicative. They let me know they were running behind due to traffic.
Negative:
They didn't ask if shoes should be removed. They dragged a box across the wooden floor, which left marks, where they should have carried it or put protective flooring down.

Simpsons International move overseas

Over the past few days Simpsons have backed up my family's belongings and they are now on their way to their new home. From the initial conversation when discussing a quote to the packers, the service and communication has been fantastic. I've always been fully informed, the staff are helpful and friendly and it has taken a significant edge off what is clearly a stressful time. Everything was packed with care and well documented, but also very efficiently as clearly the people doing the job were experienced and knew the best way of doing it. Any questions I've had were answered and options were always clearly layed out. And on top of all of this, it was done for a very good price compared to other quotes I had. Would definitely recommend.

The crew arrived on time. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Very organised. We were very impressed especially as they worked in between torrential rain. We would recommend this crew highly.

The amount of understanding and personal communication from Simpsons is outstanding! We had some troubles with international payments and they were gracious, helpful, and have us the information and time we needed! The movers were kind and quick and didn't ask for anything. Would recommend and would use again!

Our case manager really put us at ease and was available whenever we had questions. Both packers on the day were really professional and quick!

I find it they don’t care about customer at all and all the do Trying to get as much as money in advance and using All the excuses to not refund your money in case of cancellation.
I won’t used them again and certainly wouldn’t advise
Any one to take their business to them.

Amazing service from the office team as well as the packers. All my questions were answered and the whole process of my move to New Zealand was as stress free as possible. Would give more than 5 stars if I could . Would 100% recommend Simpsons to anyone looking to move abroad.

The true measure of any business is how they deal with issues and Simpson have failed miserably in this instance.
This is my third large international move so I know that things can go wrong and damage can occur however on previous occasions any issues have been dealt with fairly - perhaps because they were corporate moves and future business depended on it - not so with Simpsons.
We had artwork stolen and a fine wooden dining chair broken during our recent move to Aus. Simpsons were happy to accept our insurance premium based on our valuation but when it came to paying out they used ebay tat as their reference - consequently their offer was zero. Nada, nothing, zilch. When challenged they blamed it on their insurers and refused to take responsibility. Ignore all the website blurb about customer satisfaction - the reality as clearly demonstrated is quite the opposite and IMO they have behaved in an unethical and unprofessional manner.
So, would I use them again? No.
Can I recommend them to others? No.
