Love the support oil , but have loads of trouble with the pump , have reported to customer service , however I haven’t been unable to upload a video to support the claim .

The face cream I purchased from this brand has worked wonders for my skin. Its lightweight texture absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling nourished and hydrated. With regular use, I noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of fine lines and an overall boost in radiance. It has become a staple in my skincare routine.

Got the app and was excited to find the best products for me.
Searched for Vegan , SPF and it told me that Bondi Sands was the best for me.
I went to Boots and bought 4 different products- only to find out when I got home they are not Vegan !!!
Really not happy!
I’ve gone back to the app to see if I made a mistake, but no - it’s recommending Non - Vegan products- as Vegan . Not impressed!

The products are of COURSE beautiful, but when part of my order did not arrive Lucy responded to my email basically immediately and the issue was corrected in no time. You can trust the service!

Super easy shopping experience, incredibly fast delivery and beautiful products. The retinol 1feels like silk on the skin and has become a staple in my routine. The support oil is a dry oil and really soothes the skin, doesn’t leave you looking greasy and soaks in beautifully. Highly recommend both to anyone. Ps I have combination skin !

The best Oil I’ve ever put on my face, it sinks in , it’s not greasy, it’s comforting Has no discernible smell so it’s good at night and it doesn’t invade your senses. I received my product very quickly and the website and ordering process was very slick. The magnetic close of the cap is not as strong and as effective as the lid packaging of the retinoid product But I still love this product and would repurchase as soon as it’s empty
