To give some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine that helps find the best offers on flights, hotels and rental cars. Once you’ve found what you're looking for, you’re redirected to the travel provider's site, where you make your booking directly. Unfortunately, Skyscanner doesn't have access to your bookings made after leaving our site. Therefore I believe your review would most likely be directed towards the airline or travel agent you booked with.

As a travel search engine, Skyscanner does not set or control the prices displayed on our site. We rely on pricing and availability data provided directly by airlines and travel agents. Prices can change frequently due to demand and availability, and in some cases, discrepancies may occur due to provider updates or technical issues.

If you notice a price difference, you can report it through our contact form. Including the URL of the search results page, your travel details, and any relevant screenshots will help us investigate more thoroughly.

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear about your experience with FlightNetwork after finding your flights with Skyscanner.

To give some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine that helps you find the best offers on flights - but we do not take bookings or payments. Once you have found what you're looking for, you are redirected to the airline's or travel agent's site, where you make your booking directly. We, unfortunately, don't have access to bookings made after leaving our site.

The recent airspace closures in the Middle East have caused significant disruption. As a result, travel agents are currently handling a very high volume of cases, which affects their response times.

Skyscanner is a travel search engine and we don't manage bookings from our side. You make your booking directly with the travel provider after selecting the flight you wish to book on Skyscanner.  

It sounds like you've been trying to contact your travel provider, and I am sorry you haven't received a response.
