Bed a4ived earlier than expected. Looks beautiful, love the headboard especially. Had to get in touch a few times and they replied promptly and sorted any questions or problems. Will definitely tell people to go to sleep village in the future. Oh and the price was really good as is the quality. Delivery driver was also polite and helpful

Zein and team were absolutely fantastic! Bed and mattress delivered and put together in roughly half an hour. Both very professional and efficient. Especially working within such challenging spaces i.e. the staircase. Highly recommend

I cannot fault Sleep Village. From purchase to delivery it was 7 days. Excellent customer service, superb quality bed that came built just had to attach the headboard. I will be recommending them for sure!

Got a lovely new bed a couple of weeks ago from Sleep village , looks just like on the photo and seems sturdy. I opted for a divan with 2 storage drawers which are pretty deep and roomy. The mattress was made specially for me as I wanted a specific height. The men that delivered and set it up were polite and efficient. Overall a decent experience and lots of help from their sales man Jay. I would buy from them again.

What an absolutely amazing experience we have had with Sleep Village.
Having ordered with a delayed delivery we realised that we would be ready sooner than expected and emailed customer service. Jay responded outside of normal working hours and arranged for our delivery hold to be removed. A week later we have a beautiful bed that is better than we expected in so many ways. The ordering process was quick and efficient and the delivery was handled expertly.
It’s always a worry ordering from a company online but we are over the moon with our experience and have already recommended to friends and family.

I ordered a bed from Sleep Village for my daughter last year. I had no problems with ordering and the service of delivery from Mustafa. I decided to order another bed but this time with drawers. I had it delivered and installed but was disappointed that both drawers were damaged. I messaged Sleep Village on what's app and they were ever so helpful and they sent Mustafa to deliver the replacement drawers and he sorted out the problem. I am very impressed with the standard of Mustafa work and he is very kind, patient and respectful when he enters your home. He is a great asset to the company. Also I would like to thank Sleep Village for there outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Overall was a pleasant experience with this company. Delivery was quick and my notes were acknowledged and followed. Glad they have different payment methods and an easy to follow website however, there were a few slight inconveniences; there is a small rip on the back of the headboard received, which is out of sight at the moment but it may prove to be a little problematic in the future. Also, I had no instructions provided, which meant that I had to call and email to receive them. The mattress is also very snug, so it would be better to double check the sizes of everything before the order is finalised.

I have had a really good experience through Sleep Village from start to finish.
Their whatsapp chat makes it so easy to ask questions and I reviewed prompt answers, even on weekends, and not from a robot 🙌 They then delivered the bed frame in perfect timing even during the new year period. Their delivery guys were polite and speedy also. The bed is exactly as pictured. I took a chance ordering online from a unknown retailer and with the prices being so reasonable i was hesitant but I throughly recommend and would 100% use again!

I ordered a divan with drawers. Jay has been incredibly helpful via WhatsApp, replying really quickly. It was delivered within a few days, much quicker than expected and the bed feels solid and weighty, lots of padding too. Really recommend.

I ordered a divan bed from these and couldn’t be happier with the product I received and how amazing the customer service was. The team that came to assemble the bed where extremely helpful and very polite. There was an issue with the order but the guys were great and tried to get the issue resolved.
