We had a boiler breakdown which necessitated having a new boiler. This was sourced and installed within 3 working days. In the interim period Smartaim lent us fan heaters and an oil radiator so that we could keep warm.
The installation was completed on time and the staff were friendly and polite.
A couple of minor teething issues were resolved very quickly.
The whole team responded quickly and efficiently in order that we were up and running as soon as possible.
I thoroughly recommend them.

The problem with my toilet cistern was diagnosed and fixed the same day. Even though it wasn’t an emergency. Great service, lovely people. Always my first call with any plumbing issue.

After viewing a previous SmartAIM bathroom makeover I contacted the Company with a wish to update mine. Their response and pricing was immediate and reasonable. Their quality of work was top notch, and a notable feature was how every person I came into contact with was a happy soul.

Smart AIM Solutions is our go to company for all our plumbing and heating needs. We had a problem at home and contacted them over the weekend. Smart AIM Solutions responded very quickly with some advice and was round our house first thing on Monday. They are very knowledgeable, trust worthy and friendly. I would highly recommended them.

Another plumber had attempted to solve a heating issue, and totally failed. I searched round and found Smart Aim. They are certified by a recognised body, and also by Suffolk Trading standards. This is exactly the assurance that I required given the bodge job of the previous plumbers. The heating system was reviewed, a plan put in place, and the issue solved. Whilst it took three visits, this was in the main due to the paucity of the previous plumbers "corrective work." The Smart Aim recommendations, were logically explained, estimated, and actioned. Heating now fully operational and working efficiently.
