Simply put a great company! Responded to my request for work the morning after I put in the enquiry & the engineer arrived as booked the next day, part required was picked up and fitted & we were back up and running. Couldnt want for more.

Smart Aim Solutions have done a range of plumbing jobs for us over the past few years. They are truly a great company in every respect. They are honest, reliable, cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working, very local ( Shotley Peninsula ). Hard to beat. Don't even think about it they will solve your problem.

I have used Smart Aim solutions for a few years now. The quality of their knowledge and work is outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The engineers are extremely knowledgable and friendly and always look for the most cost effective way to give the result you want. I have had a number of boiler experts over the years give many explanations as to why the boiler works flat out, but can't heat the house. The engineer from Smart Aim took less than a hour to find the issue, and after fixing it I now have a wonderfully warm home - what a wonderful service!

Smart Aim have helped us out on multiple occasions. Everything from servicing a boiler, fitting a new one, fitting rads and most recently some plumbing work to fix a leak. Always a brilliant service, professional and friendly. I can trust them to do a great job and have our backs if anything went wrong.

First time in using this company and they were wonderful. Wayne and Oliver took out an old shower and fitted a new one. They even fitted a new shower door for me. Adjustments needed to be made which they did very professionally. Very polite and quick. Can highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again.

New Radiators and Radiator valve replacements plus numerous minor plumbing jobs. All work was completed to the very highest standard in a professional and friendly manor.
