From initial quote to installation at a date I requested of a new oil boiler and sundries, everything was completed in a professional manner. Everywhere cleaned up and it was left as if they had not been working there 2 days later.

We wanted to replace our boiler with a modern one and had quotes from a number of suppliers with variable scope and price. Rob from Smart AIM Solutions provided a choice of competitive quotes for Worcester Bosch boilers focused only on the work that needed to be done. The subsequent installation was excellent. Rob and Wayne found ways to avoid external pipework, neatly plumbing the new boiler with difficult runs behind kitchen cupboards. They went out of their way to protect carpets, work tidily and clear up all the mess afterwards. They were extremely knowledgeable offering advice on commissioning that is not common place in the industry. They will be my first choice for future work. A thoroughly great experience - and the boiler is superb.

A fast and professional service in helping with a leaking metal oil tank. On the same day I called it was assessed (Wednesday afternoon) and replacement parts were ordered and all fitted and working again by Friday afternoon. A friendly team, and all cleared up well.

I've used Smart Aim three or four times now for general plumbing work, an oil fired boiler replacement and a cloakroom refurb. I find them to be highly competent, professional and courteous organisation. What I also particularly like is that; in my experience; they always turn up when they say they will turn up. Rarely the case with your average plumber I would suggest. These guys are certainly a cut above...
