Smart Aims replaced my old boiler, from initial asses ent of work needed to completion they have been professional and thoughtful, reasonable quote for work and very considerate, they completed job in good time and very clean and thorough, went extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory, very happy with every aspect of work.

First time of using Smart Aim Solutions, they supplied and fitted our new bathroom suite and added some new pipework and from quoting to carrying out the work everything has been great. Prompt response to potential major water leak from loft tanks. Same day visit, all fixed - and remained cheerful even when trying to crawl into the very tiny roof space where the tank was. Smart aim solutions provided a superb emergency service. They answered the initial phone call promptly. Their office staff seemed knowledgable and friendly. They arranged for a team to come round less than 24 hours later at a time that fitted in with me.
The Ollie and his colleague arrived on time. They were helpful competent and confident which helps when you are out of your depth with a problem. We had a leaking water main in our garden, but this did not seem to be too big a problem for them. on a hot day they worked solidly to sort the problem which they did in only 3 hours.
They were tidy and cleaned up after.
They kept us informed of progress throughout the job.

I liked that the office staff were clear at the outset of the charges for the service, which I though was a very reasonable rate, so I was aware of roughly how much the job would be costing.

I would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing problem inside or outside their house. I would certainly use them again.

This was my first time using Smart Aim Solutions. They aren't the cheapest however their prices are transparent on their website. Before using their services I checked they had the relevant accreditation, including gas safe. I live near Manningtree and they are fairly local to me.
I found the Company to be professional, friendly and efficient.
They fixed a leak on my bath. Spares were available in their company van so no delay in fixing it.
At the same time I asked if they would replace my bathroom tap with one I had bought. This was no trouble.
I have no hesitation in using them again if the need arises.
I'm pleased to have found a company I can put my trust in.
I would recommend to friends and family.

They were professional and friendly from the moment you phoned to the guy who came out promptly to fix the problem with the boiler. Always have used them as they are just great at fixing/servicing and in an emergency sorting out the problem, which was what I had just recently. First Class

We were given a time when an engineer would arrive to carry out the repair; they arrived on time and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. This company would be our go to company should we need help with plumbing or heating in the future .

I had never used Smart AIM but was impressed from the start with Karen who was friendly and knowledgable. She arranged for Wayne to come and assess my shower problem. He was prompt, friendly and didn't do the sharp intake of breath and headshake we all dread. Instead be gave me good advice and options which I accepted.
Wayne and Oliver came on the date agreed, did a great job, clean and tidy, and best of all, I've now got a FABULOUS shower! Thank you so much everyone! Definitely my no 1 plumbers!@

I have only been using Smart Aim solutions for just over a year. I was previously aware having seen their vans in the area. Our local facebook page is excellent and recommendations for services are reliable. I have found this growing company extremely reliable, knowledgeable empathetic and professionals . As a female pensioner this is so comforting. I have to mention the first port of call,Karen aways cheerful positive and extremely helpful . So important when one first makes the telephone call.
