i had a problem with this order as i…
i had a problem with this order as i didn't read their sale literature correctly it stated this tv was to come without a tv stand i naturally thought it did anyway i contacted store directly they was very pleasant & pointed out the sales info did say without we parted company me unhappy though
But to my surprise a few minutes alter i had a phone call to say they've found a stand & would post free of charge i excepted their offer few days latter the stand arrived so very happy customer now

Great customer service
Had some issues with the delivery of my item due to me being on holiday and the delivery company not receiving my response. Smart clear vision called me straight away to try and resolve this. Would recommend and order again even due to the great customer service.

We were not aware of an issue as you have not contacted us to advice us. You ordered on 9/08 and the Courier collected from us 11/08 and have tried to contact you on several occasions but with no reply from you. We will contact the courier first thing in the morning and update you.
