Signature required on delivery at delivery address
You must be home to accept a delivery, the delivery company require a signature at your delivery address. They will not leave safe, will not leave with a neighbour.

Buyer called me today to advise that she had missed her delivery as she was at her sons football. The Courier called her to book the date and she confirmed the date with the courier. The Courier called her upon arriving at the address as she was not in, and she asked them to leave at her neighbours fence, they refused. I advised her to call the Courier to re arrange and also advised that we have incurred a cost as missed delivery. She got annoyed and told me to cancel the order. I advised her that I could, but would not be able to refund the shipping as she missed the delivery.

The price we paid was incredible for two large TV’s which were perfect. I was very impressed with the delivery service too. I was kept informed and received a call to give me a precise time of arrival. The guys even offered to unpack them for me.
