First order with this co. Amazing service. Ordered Saturday and all delivered on Sunday with friendly emails between.

Quite recently I bought a pair of speakers via their online shop. They arrived damaged (thanks dpd). Smart Home Sounds, and in particular, Amelia, were fantastic. The whole process of dealing with them was a dream - polite, friendly and very professional. Sending back the damaged ones was easy, and within no time at all the replacements were with me and I was enjoying my music again. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I have ordered JBL speaker (best price I could find at the time), but when parcel was delivered I was not in. I couldn't find the parcel and contacted Smarthomesounds and they have been more than helpful to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but on this occasion Smart Home Sounds absolutely deserve one.

Placing my order was completely stress free. I received regular updates throughout the process, from order confirmation and fulfilment through to dispatch and the expected delivery date. Everything was exactly as it should be.

Unfortunately, things then went wrong with the delivery when DPD incorrectly claimed they had attempted delivery, despite my CCTV footage clearly showing otherwise. It was at this point that Jamie at Smart Home Sounds stepped in, and I honestly can't praise him highly enough.

Jamie understood how frustrating the situation was and did everything he could to help. He contacted DPD on my behalf, kept me updated throughout, responded promptly to my emails and always let me know as soon as he had any new information. Although the delivery issue was completely outside Smart Home Sounds' control, Jamie took ownership of the problem and supported me every step of the way.

The parcel was eventually delivered the following day, a day later than I had originally requested, but throughout the entire process Jamie remained professional, courteous and genuinely committed to helping me achieve a satisfactory outcome. That level of after-sales support is becoming increasingly rare.

It's easy for a company to provide good service when everything goes to plan, but it's how they respond when something goes wrong that really demonstrates their commitment to their customers. Smart Home Sounds exceeded my expectations, and Jamie is a real credit to the company.

I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Home Sounds to anyone looking for quality products backed up by exceptional customer service. They have certainly earned my trust, and I will be returning to them for future purchases.

Excellent service, product arrived very quickly, and communication was quick and clear. Ordering from Smart Home Sounds really made me question why I would ever use other sites when this one is so good and friendly.

I Purchased 4 Sonos products and 2 speaker stands from Smart Home Sounds who are an authorised Sonos retailer. They matched a better deal elsewhere, plus you get a (better than most retailers) 6 year guarantee. Also included is next day delivery (inc Saturday and Sunday) with excellent communications and on-time delivery via DPD. Great support from Jamie, one of their specialists. Every question and concern addressed. When things haven’t gone as expected it’s been rectified swiftly. I’m looking forward to seeing how my audio plans come together after our building project is complete. I trust the advice and support from this company. Just be careful because this leads to spending more than you intend to! Not because of their prices, these have felt fair and they were able to honour a sale price even after it ended because of a delay in communication.
