The Technician kept their word and gave me a call 30 minutes before arriving at my house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Things were installed quickly at a very affordable rate! I love their service! I used to use Smith Thompson when I lived in Dallas, and now using them here in San Antonio. Always a low price with fantastic service. Fortunately, in over 3 years of service, I've never had situation where alarm went off so no real life experience with their monitoring speed. However, setting up was easy. Their installation fees were reasonable (forgot that had a new door with no sensors), and no one beats their monthly monitoring fee. I highly recommend them.

From the get go this was an amazing experience! From setting up installation to the technician. I was able to get the instillation within a couple of days of calling and the technician was in an out within an hour. Gary went over everything with me in detail and answered any questions I had. I added on the app as well. Not to mention the price all of this just for $23 a month and no Contract. I highly recommend this company!!

The team and their services have both been great so far. The installer came within the window that they mentioned, and he called ahead when he was on his way. He was very quick with his setup work and he showed me how everything worked. He didn't even mind when I asked a dozen questions! He told me about some other things I could purchase but was absolutely NOT pushy at all when I said 'no'. And when we accidentally set off the alarm, the woman who called to see what happened was as nice as can be! They are very affordable and they don't lock you into a crazy contract either. He totally checked out the system to ensure it was working and then gave us a very clear walk through on how to use the system and set up its features. Setting up with Smith Thompson was a surprisingly pleasant experience. It look less than 24 hours from calling the company to having them come over and finish setting up. The technician that came to setup was kind enough to explain and demonstrate how everything worked. There were some problems with alignment of the sensors when the house was built, and the technician quickly fixed them. Response time is prompt, in my experience. I have forgotten to turn off the alarm a few times before opening doors, and I have received calls in less than 30 seconds.

We have really enjoyed Smith Thompson Security over the past few months. Customer service has been great, the installation process was seamless, and we have referred our friends and family. Cost is much more efficient with SMith Thompson compared to other alarm systems. And they are very dependable. Definitely recommend.
