SnagCheck Solutions Opiniones

Ian was great. Very professional. Have used him twice now for our initial snagging list and a further check pre our warranty expiration. He is very thorough and would highly recommend.

Ian was superlative in every way, they were incredibly thorough and their attention to detail was second to none. I couldn't be happier with their services and would highly, highly recommend them to everyone, their services are vital

We had Snag Check Solutions out today to inspect our new build, and I honestly couldn’t recommend their service highly enough.

We had our keys yesterday and I was incredibly nervous about the whole "snagging" process and had been driving myself to distraction trying to spot every possible fault during our pre-completion visits. From the moment Ian arrived, he was so kind, thorough and reassuring. He immediately put my mind at ease and carried out such a detailed inspection, picking up things I would never have thought to look for. My partner and I were very impressed.

The report we received afterwards was excellent — really clear, thorough and reassuring to have as a record of everything.

Ian was professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable too. If you’re buying a new build and feeling overwhelmed by the thought of snagging, I would absolutely recommend Snag Check Solutions. Ian took a huge weight off my shoulders and I’m so glad we decided to have the inspection done!

Ian has completed 2 inspections for us on our new build. One just after completion and one before the end of the 2 year warranty. It has been invaluable to us, Ians knowledge and help has been priceless, and guiding us through the process! Highly recommend!

Wow! So so glad we booked Ian! He found many snags that we simply would have never in a million years spotted. Ian is very professional, super friendly and a pleasure to have in your home! 5* from start to finish! Would highly recommend and have spread the word across the community to use Ian’s services shortly after completing.

Ian was absolutely brilliant. Cannot thank him enough. He was so thorough in his checks and the report was incredibly detailed! The problems he found, no one would ever look for. Thank goodness he came and checked everything. He inspected every inch of my property, and gave me a fully detailed report, which I have now sent off to the customer services.
If you buy a house, especially a new build, get Ian to inspect it as soon as possible. Could save you a fortune in the long run.

What can I say other than the fact from start to finish, Ian made this process so easy. From getting intouch to book my snagging survey, to completing. He sat me down and explained everything to me in detail, even walking me around and showing me everything. The report is professionally set out and easy to understand.
Ian himself is an absolute gentleman, polite and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
Facts are - reliable, proffesional, friendly and he doesnt rip you off. I know where i'll be going when i want it redone before end of warrenty. Thank you again so much Ian.

Just moved into our new build as FTB's and knew we needed a snagging inspection. Found Snag Check Solutions online and booking was really easy.

Couldn’t recommend Ian enough!

Really detailed with the snag list and was really helpful in explaining.

Ian was fantastic, explained everything very clearly, was so thorough with his survey and gave us the report the same day. Thank you Ian!

I recently used Ian from Snag Check Solutions and couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided.

Ian was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection. He identified issues I would never have spotted myself and explained everything clearly, giving me complete confidence in the findings. His attention to detail was outstanding and the report was comprehensive and easy to understand.

If you’re looking for peace of mind and someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Ian at Snag Check Solutions. A five-star service from start to finish.

Great professional service from Ian. Great attention to detail and thorough and easy to read report.

I have been waiting nearly a year to finally get this survey done, and Ian did not disappoint! He is so lovely and incredibly good with people. He took the time to sit me down and explain every detail of the report, including what the repercussions might be if certain snags weren't addressed. There were very few serious issues, which was a relief! Ian was kind, professional, and very swift. He already has a great reputation on the Monkswood estate, and I can see why!

He is knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with the service Ian provided during my new build snagging inspection. He was incredibly thorough and professional, taking the time to go through the entire process with us step by step. Ian was also very friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience easy and reassuring.

He identified a number of snags we would have been none the wiser of, like using his drone to find heaps of screws left in our gutter, giving us real confidence that nothing was missed. His attention to detail and clear explanations were outstanding. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for a top quality home snagging service.

Ian provided an extremely professional and thorough job. He went through all the snags he had found and what they meant so we were fully informed when going back to the developer. If anyone is looking for a snagger I would highly recommend and if we ever need his services in the future we won’t hesitate to contact him again. Thank you so much Ian!

I have had the most professional and thorough snag report carried out by Ian! He inspected and respected my home like it was his own,
you can immediately tell he wants the best for his customers & their house. For anyone debating having a snag report done, it’s definitely worth it with this company. He explained the report in detail before leaving and it was completed & sent to me only a few hours after!
I now feel at peace knowing these faults will be corrected and I won’t have them in the future.
Keeps a smile on his face throughout his work,
10/10 service!

Ian did an incredibly thorough job at an excellent price. He is very knowledgeable and has provided us with a detailed report that will not only make our house look spotless, but also highlighted key issues that will save us time, money and hassle in the long run.

I would highly recommend Ian for 2 year new build Inspection.
I've been in my home for 23 months and it seems I still can discover new issue

Ian has done a detailed report and has taken the time to go through it all and explain the issues.

I now have peace of mind knowing there shouldn't be anymore surprises issues with our home.

Ian was brilliant. Having just purchased our new build we of course missed quite a few things, being wrapped up in the excitement. However Ian was extremely thorough and pointed out issues I doubt we would have ever noticed. His knowledge of new builds and his attention to detail make his service worth every penny! He even breaks your report down in a layman friendly way so I understood every issue and why he'd flagged it as a concern. I recommend and will definitely be getting him back for our pre-two year check.

If you’re questioning whether a snag is necessary… yes it is! I was hesitant to spend money on a snag inspection considering we’d just bought a new build and have a baby on the way, but as Snag Check Solutions was the cheapest I found online, I went for it. The second Ian came to the house and started finding issues, I knew I was getting my moneys worth. He meticulously went over every inch of the house and found issues I’d have never even looked for. He talks you through his findings, which are then reflected in the extensive report that he sent over that evening. Honestly could not fault Ian on anything and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a Snag Check.
