SnagCheck Solutions Opiniones

I would highly recommend Ian for 2 year new build Inspection.
I've been in my home for 18 months and it seems I discover a new issue every couple of months.

Ian has done a detailed report and has taken the time to go through it all and explain the issues.

I now have peace of mind knowing there shouldn't be anymore surprises issues with our home.

I would highly recommend Ian for all snagging needs. Ian came to our property today and carried out a 2 year snagging inspection on our new build. Ian was very thorough and professional with a friendly and relaxed approach. He’s produced a very thorough but fair report.

I can’t recommend Ian enough for his professionalism and keen attention to detail. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, on time, and exceptionally thorough. He never once made us feel like anything was too much or that we were just being ‘nit picky’. Ian carefully explained his findings and ensured we understood everything before he left.

The report was comprehensive, well-organised, and included clear photos and practical recommendations. It’s given us real peace of mind knowing that everything was carefully reviewed.

Thank you again, Ian!

Booked Ian for a post completion inspection of our new build property. Ian was very thorough and identified lots of issues which we wouldn’t have discovered. He also provided us with thermal images of our radiators so we can see how the pipes run to our radiators. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ian again and will recommend him if we are asked at all

I couldn’t be more impressed with Ian’s professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment he arrived, Ian was friendly, punctual, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain his findings clearly and made sure I understood everything before he left.

The report was detailed, easy to read, and included clear photos and recommendations. Which gives me a real peace of mind knowing nothing has been overlooked.

Thank you again

Could not have been a better service, great communication pre and post survey. Picked up snags that don’t meet the building regs that we would never have known and communicated severity clearly. Very thorough survey would 100% recommend.

Ian carried out a snagging survey at our new build bungalow today and provided an outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and carried out a thorough inspection of both the internal and external areas of the property. The report he provided was comprehensive and well presented with clear photos and detailed notes of each issue identified. He also included which trade is responsible for the repair making it really easy to follow up with the developer. We were very impressed with Ian‘s attention to detail and the quality of his work we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and professional snagging survey!

Ian came out to our new build property today to complete a snagging report. I contacted him last Friday and got a response straight away and a visit in less than a week. I cannot recommend Ian enough. Ian so professional, knowledgeable and went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything he was explaining and showing us. Some issues were that urgent he contacted the site manager on our behalf and the leak was dealt with straight away. The report and images we’ve received are clear and very professional for us to send on to the builder. We also know what resolutions we need for each issue too.
I cannot thank Ian enough for his time today.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ian is really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and was extremely thorough. He produced a very detailed report including a photograph for each issue, which I sent directly to the builder. All of the detail (supported by references to building regulations) and Ian’s credentials make his reports difficult to ignore! All in all excellent and great value for money. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough.

Highly recommended! Ian is professional, responsible, and very attentive. He called me right after my booking to clearly explain the service details and fees, and even reconfirmed the appointment before the visit. During the snag check, he carefully inspected every detail and explained everything patiently. The report was detailed, clear, and delivered efficiently and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Ian has just snagged our new build home. He was professional and thorough with detailed explanations and advice. The survey report is very comprehensive, easy to read and understand. All snags documented for the builder to action and respond.

Ian was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he do an amazing job, he really took the time to explain and break down his findings to ensure me and my partner fully understood especially being our first home, as well as providing us with any additional information we needed. It was very clear Ian genuinely wants the best for his customers after they’ve purchased a new home and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. A down to earth guy, I would highly recommend his services!

Very satisfied with a very thorough snagging inspection and report completed by Ian. He took the time to explain issues he identified, relevant regulations and the process to seek resolution. Highly recommend

Ian was very professional and thorough. He has many years of experience in the industry and this came across via his passion and expertise for the job. Many thanks for the snag and same day report. We will be going back to the builders to rectify the issues.

Had Ian out today I’m totally impressed very thorough well worth his costs he checks everything puts your mind at rest .its good to have someone who has the knowledge and the answers highly recommend when your spending a lot of money you need reassurance, sits you down goes through everything explains why theses snagging needs to be done , therefore builders know exactly what needs to be done for us the purchaser and can’t pull the wool over our eyes .

Would 100% and more recommend Ian to come out and survey your property. Extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, friendly and efficient.
1000% worth the money as Ian sits down with you and highlights things that you would never think to look at yourself, final reports to send onto the Developer are spot on also!
Thank you so much for your help 😊

Good to meet ian, he came in for a comprehensive snag report for my new home. Not only did he find the issues, we spoke about the resolutions so that the builders could carry the work out and I understood why.
