I ordered the couples hamper from this company , as we received one as a gift for Christmas and really enjoyed the contents . Ordered 04/02/25 and received the item the very next day. Fantastic service and delivery. Thank you we will enjoy our hamper.

I have ordered from Snowdonia many times over last 5 years. Never been disappointed with the products or service. Prices are below what cheeses go for in supermarkets and the variety is much better.

Received a hamper as a gift and the quality of the cheeses in it is unmatched!
Amazing cheese, chutneys and cracker selection. Comes with an information leaflet detailing everything you need to know about the products. 100 percent recommend

They sent a DHL tracking code on Dec 22nd for the delivery on Dec 23rd, 2024. To this date the tracking code does not work. This was a gift order and this company has let down. I will not recommend to any one.

I ordered 2 Christmas cheese hampers on 17th December and paid £9 for nominated delivery day which should have been delivered on 21st December. Spoke to DPD no parcels have been scanned onto their system. Tried contacting company via telephone and email and no response. Terrible customer service !! Now await refund !!

Hamper not delivered although my sister was in all day! No text message sent to indicate the company had had problems delivering. Emailed Snowdonia Cheese Co to try and get it sorted but reply stated that they were on holiday. Utter rubbish!

Initially the order went undelivered by DPD but I emailed for help on Friday, and by 5pm Saturday (next day!) the full order was on the doorstep. Amazing customer service and a delicious product, thank you .

Deliveries not sent out on time... paid for named day delivery for two orders.
Customer service is terrible....left messages on telephone and email, no one has replied.
I have since received one delivery which was 2 days late and the other has still not arrived.
All companies can have problems ....it is how it is dealt with that matters, and this company needs to start communicating with its customers, because from my experience I will never be ordering from them again.

I have written 2 emails to Snowdonia with the same reply on each stated they had just come back from a holiday period so then I send another stated a holiday period at the busiest time of the year ....I ordered 2 cheese hampers both arrived within 36 hours so I was so pleased with quick delivery I then ordered a Third to go to.my Sons for a Christmas surprise as he loves Cheese now I ordered this on the 16th December stated delivery before Christmas so as you can imagine am horrified to receive the same reply to both my emails giving me no idea of delivery....I have now send them a 3rd stated I hope if my Son doesn't get he Cheese Hamper that they honour it will full refund I really hope it doesn't come to this as my Son will be left without a Christmas Present....Reading other people's reviews doesn't fill me with much hope ....We most all ask for full refunds if our hampers are not delivered on time ....

Two orders, one for me which was deliverd, other order of two hampers to be sent to another address (Brother) has not arrived. Tried getting in touch with company multiple times.

Beautifully packaged and promptly delivered Christmas hamper, recipients were delighted. Ice packs included to keep everything chilled. Good communication.

Ordered 3 hampers. Total cost £285, paid next day delivery. Only one hamper arrived. No one answers the phone and nothing delivered in time for christmas!! USELESS.

The service is excellent. My query was dealt with in 24 hours. I can not recommend this company enough!

Easy to order with great communication from Natasha in customer services. The hamper arrived in time and is presented beautifully. All the cheese has a best before date of at least 5-6 months.

Would highly recommend.

I bought the Snowdonia Cheese company £45 Hamper (Straight from them) not from Amazon. It was for a present for Christmas. I was so impressed with it, I bought another one! This time the delivery was not so quick and I emailed them. They emailed back the same day and DHL had lost the parcel and they were sending a new one. Came next day but one of the cheeses was slightly broken, which would have been ok if it wasn't to be a present. I emailed them and they sent a replacement the next day, actually sent 2! Excellent customer service. True mark of a great company when things do go wrong they fix it straight away and go the extra mile. I am telling everyone about this company. I will be buying again!

Ordered Cheese & Beer lovers hamper. When wrapping to give to beer lover for Christmas checked contents to see what the beer was and there was no beer! Too late to get a replacement in time. After ignoring emails for several weeks (by which time return/replacement was not an option)they eventually promised a refund. Has never arrived. Paid for it Nov 23, no refund as at Dec 24! A pity as the cheese is let down by dreadful customer service.

EDIT following this review they have emailed to say they are refunding. I have has this promise before so I shall wait and see before amending stars.

OUTCOME full refund received but a year late!

Excellent experience again. I messed up my online order but phoned up and spoke to Dan who rectified this immediately. I love this cheese and ordered a gift for my daughter too! I received my order the next day and items were in perfect condition. Thank you!

My husband discovered the Snowdonia cheese bakes a couple of months ago (we love a cheese bake) so ordered 2 and they were amazing. We then tried Black Bomber and loved it.
We loved them so much we decided to go full on cheese fest and ordered 8 cheeses (black bomber, rock star, truffle, green thunder, red storm, beech wood, pickle power and Red Devil) a box or crackers and an additional 2 cheese bakes. We got a little chutney set for free as part of a Black Friday offer. The delivery was very quick - 2 days after ordering and came very cold! We haven’t opened any of the cheeses yet - they all have excellent dates most in May (with the exception of 1 which is end of April) and I’m going to TRY and save them for Christmas!
