I had such an amazing experience with SodaStream’s customer service team. I initially reached out feeling extremely frustrated and was honestly ready to return my machine. However, from the very first moment I contacted them, the agent was patient, understanding, and genuinely focused on solving my issue.

My question was answered very quickly and confirmed that the cylinders were received.

SodaStream support team helped me to resolve my problem between a new metal bottle and my SodaStream machine. They understood the problem and reacted almost instantly to solve it.

I am a very satisfied customer. Fast delivery fast customer service? No rush to send back empty bottles but still have 3 months to send them back delivery right at home and pick up by Purolator or drop off. It's great! It's fantastic! I'm happy...

My machine suddenly stopped working one morning. When I called for a solution to my problem Michael listened to the problem and gave me solutions to fix them quickly and professionally.

My Terra broke down out of the blue I, was trying to find a repair place knowing my warranty is expired so I contacted Sodastream. They assisted me as to the best of their capability even though they cannot repair/replace parts for the devices. I ended up just purchasing another terra and, am grateful for their support

J'ai reçu une réduction sans avoir eu à faire la demande parce que l'agent a ressenti que j'étais un peu déçue de n'avoir pas eu la couleur que je voulais .

Au final , la couleur verte est super , super , belle en vrai . Je vais en commander une autre pour ma soeur .

Purchased a syrup from a local dealer that had gone bad. Contacted support, and they got back to me so quickly, and offered to not only replace, but send an additional bottle as well. I emailed on a Thursday night, and by Saturday morning everything had been resolved and my replacement had been sent.

Excellent service received from the Customer Service Department. Thank you to Michel who provided concise and prompt responses to my requests.

The product is great! I adore it! Plus I am saving money because I stopped buying the "normal" bottles!! I am so happy after my purchase. And now I have a subscription and they send me 3 cylinders every 3 months and I have 90 days to return them!. I love this delivery process. Highly recommended

Our Soda Stream CO2 cylinder was leaking gas when attempting to connect it to the machine. Soda Stream Co was called, photos and a video was sent as requested by Hope. Shortly after, i received an email from Ny Aina who told me they were sending an O ring to put in the orifice of the Soda Stream that the CO2 cylinder was screwed into. I received the black O ring within a week. The customer service given by Soda Stream was exemplary. Highly recommend dealing with the Co if you have issues with your Soda Stream.

Company is very receptive to questions and comments. Very easy to deal with. Waiting for my first order, we'll see how everything goes.

I have been buying direct from SodaStream for over a year now. Their prices are better than any department store! I absolutely love their 7 Up Zero Sugar. It is conveniently delivered to your doorstep within a few days. It keeps our soda habit affordable!
