Excellent customer service. Easily replaced a defective stainless steel bottle without any issues. I’ve been using SodaStream for over 20 years now and couldn’t imagine hauling bottles and cans anymore. I’m disabled and it would be impossible to do now. My bubbles and flavouring are delivered to my door with minimal effort on my part.

I love their products and also their care & support in case there was any issue with the order delivery (believe me it happened and they sent a replacement order, no questions asked, and they even added 1 free item).

Extremely satisfied. Only after two weeks of purchasing, the price came down. I contacted customer support and we found an arrangement quickly and sufficiently. We no longer buy canned and bottled soda and flavored water. Really happy with our purchase.

I originally received flavourings in my online order that were extremely close to their expiration date. They were meant to be included with the new Sodastream machine I purchased as a Christmas gift, but I couldn’t give them in that condition. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly you responded and how willing you were to make things right. At a time when customers often don’t feel valued, this experience was the complete opposite. You made me feel that my concern truly mattered, and your eagerness to resolve the issue speaks volumes. Thank you so much for making me feel appreciated.
Très déçu du service
J’ai voulu commander le kit de départ pour offrir en cadeau à mon conjoint. Je trouvais que c’était un bon prix pour tout le kit. Alors, je commande et 2 jours plus tard, on m’envoie un courriel pour me signifier que ma commande est annulée parce qu’il ne font pas de livraison à mon code Postal.
Je peux vous dire que j’étais très déçu surtout que je n’avais plus de temps pour en chercher un autre.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received
This has been the actual worst customer service I have ever received from any company ever. It took over a year for them to finally say they’d sent a replacement for my faulty machine. They sent an email saying it would arrive in 5-7 business days. Two full months later, I reach out, and am told that it was never sent, and they can only send me the cheapest crappiest model as a replacement, and not an actual replacement. I cannot fully express the level of frustration and dissatisfaction with this company. Never again.

I recently bought a 6-Pack of Mountain dew syrup. Upon arrival I noticed 2 leaking bottles so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement, now im back into the Sodastream business again :).
