Prompt, very courteous customer support. Confirmed minor internal issue resolved for my account and provided a solution for an issue I had with losing cylinder cap for return to Sodastream.

Great experience with Nina when our just over 2 year warranty expired to acquire a new machine. I love my SodaStream products. We have had three in our years. I just wish they can keep the system now all the same so old glass and bottles work with the new. Otherwise, great product and service!

Nicole took ownership of the issue from the beginning. She was professional in all dealings and so helpful, understanding the issue and going the extra mile to fix it.

Sodastream is one of my favorite companies to date, I like their products very much and their customer service is knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. I have only have one minor issue with them and they resolve almost instantly. I wish them much success and hope they keep getting better!

I received a email offering to join a SodaStream club for 19.00 and would receive unlimited free machine replacements and a list of to good to be true perks for this one time fee.seemed to good to be true perks.contacted customer support and found this to be a SCAM.BEWARE OF THIS IF YOU GET IT!!!!!!!

Have found customer service people to be uniformly helpful. The replacement/ordering process sounds complicated but is very efficient. The machine itself is excellent: I love not having to carry seltzer home from the supermarket!

One complaint: To update your credit card, you have to cancel your subscription and then start a new one with your new credit card. Surely Sodastream can figure out a way where you can simply substitute the new card for the old one.

Had an issue with a purchase on Amazon for sodastream cartridges. Supposed to get a return label and gift card from Amazon but was not attached to box when shipped. Sodastream reached out and waiting to hear about resolution. Need that label to return the empty bottles.

Had a great experience with customer service rep Nina. She listened to the problem and quickly came up with a solution. Wow! That doesn't happen that often in today's world.

I ordered four replacement CO2 cartridges and had to really use them to be able to return them in the limited time they allowed. I returned them using the label that they supplied, with a tracking number they supplied. I had proof they were delivered, yet, they did not show them as being received. I had to send them the tracking that they supplied and they finally found them. What a pain.

On the rare occasion I need to contact Customer Support at SodaStream.com, I have to say that their representatives are all kind, knowledgeable, understanding and above all, helpful! I have been using SodaStream.com since the early 2021's and never a problem. (So, I have recently learned that I have ordered through SodaStream.com 37 times since 2021.)

I like SodaStream. Excellent product and service.

Representative Tracy was very understanding and helpful. She made a loyal customer feel appreciated.
