I have purchased a size 44 , I received size 43 , it was small.
I email them and explained how they sent the wrong size , I've attached photos of my order that it specified size 44 , and a photo of the shoes they sent size 43 .
Their reply was that its not their fault and that i should try and loosen the shoe laces and basically make it fit and the said if I wanted to return it I would have to pay the full postage that they specified its alot of money to return .
Anyways I've sent few emails back and forth and they didn't own up to their mistake and that they should honour their advertising and misleading .
I don't recommend them to anyone ,if you get your size you might have been lucky .but if they don't have the size you order they send you another size .
I had to give them at least one star to be able to write a review but not deserving of it.

Don't buy these shop from this company .sent the wrong size I ordered. And can't even get them on from back terrible. Load of crap .

I’ve not got mine yet Evan that they say it’s been delivered and when you put the order number inn it says wrong order number Evan when it’s on the pay ment picture that they sent

The sneakers were cheaply made. The sizes are not what they say they are. I had ordered a wide size and not only were they super narrow, they were almost a full size smaller than I ordered. The soles had no traction to them. Reached out to the company about a refund and was only able to get part of the money back. They offered for me to ship them back at my cause which would have caused more than what the actual shoes cost to purchase due to going through customs. I would not waste my time or money

U took my money and never sent product. No tracking number nothing. Soft103 reporting to fraud alert.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 1.1.25 and haven't received anything. I contacted the company and they keep saying.. give it 3 more days.. I have asked for a refund several times and they say, be patient and give it 3- 5 more days.. I contacted USPS, and they have no info on the tracking that I was given. I would advise folks to buy in-house, where you can actually get the shoe.

I ordered an 8.5 wide. They sent the wrong size and are saying I have to pay shipping for the return.

Buyer beware. Such a common statement for bad products or service but there is no other way to state it. The promise to make the buyer completely happy is not true. I asked for a wide shoe and received their regular width instead. They said I could order another pair at a 50% discount. I asked for a refund but the make that impossible too! Read their fine print in refunds and returns! I wish I would have… on the package that was sent to me the return address is in California. However, to get a refund you must send your product back to China at your expense! Very expensive. So, it makes impossible to send them back. It’s almost half of what I paid for the shoes. My advice is stick with Amazon, they are fair and reasonable if you have issues with a product sold on their website. If money is hard to come by do not buy Softsfeel products.

Ordered a size 14 us wide mens and got a size size 16 or 17 and the return process is ridiculous as you can only return if they let u and then tell u to try and tie them tighter or different soles in them
Don't waste your money unless you want screwed out of it

WHAT A SCAM! The order took a week longer to arrive than advertised. The discounted coupon did not work when final price went thru. When I finally got the shoes which were ordered as a MENS 8-1/2 normal width. What I received was womans narrow size 8 could not even try them on "RIP-OFF!" NOT AN AMERICAN COMPANY!!!! Oh! and the return site has a security warning.... against using it.

I ordered a size 8.5 for a friend for Christmas, the company sent sz 7. After a couple emails back and worth, they say the only way I can return is to pay myself and get authorization to return. They also gave me advice to have my friend loosen shoe laces and wear thinner socks. The only way these would fit 8.5 foot, is to cut off toes. I have disputed this with my credit card company. The shoes were not really as I thought they would be. They were rather cheap looking and didn't appear they would hold up, but would have kept if they had sent right size. She'll be happier with Sketchers. I tried to post this on Softsfeel site, but it required a picture of the shoes, and the picture would not go in their little box. It went off to the side.

I used to love these shoes, but no more. I ordered a size 7 wide like I did a couple years ago from the same store. I loved my shoes I received a couple years ago, but they are starting to wear down so I ordered another. What I received was HORRIBLE quality, smaller than a 6.5 (my daughter even tried them on) and when I contacted customer service, they told me I would have to pay to ship them back to CHINA! After a week of back and forth, they offered me a 20% refund or 50% off my next purchase. I'm not buying from them again, so now I'm forced to get 20% back on $40 or nothing. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Much roomier than traditional Nike or other American brands. They might seem cheap to others, but at that price, I can afford 3 pairs for 1 American brand. Besides, most Nike and other high-end, name-brand shoes are also manufactured overseas in China and similar cheap labor markets. I'm satisfied with them.

Cheap Chinese junk, they didn't even arrive in a shoe box, they arrived in a bag, the soles are cheap plastic, not rubber, did not fit proper, I would never attempt to work a 12 hour shift in these shoes. Mailing them back to China for a refund is a waste of time. So they'll go into the garbage.

Poor customer service. They are extremely rude when they respond to you. I told them the shoe was too small and they asked me if I tried them on. You will also have to pay for shipment back to whatever country they came from, the address they will not reveal to you until they decide if they want to allow you to return the shoe. They definitely are not as advertised so be prepared for them to be smaller than your average shoe. You will also be stuck with them. I plan to donate them because there is no use in keeping them.

Received wrong size, they say they sent the right one but they are way to small and you have to pay return shipping and it is to China!!!! They do not help you in any way, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering these shoes ever!!!!They will not fit and you will have to keep them!

Wish I had read the reviews first, because this company have their sizes wrong. My came much too small and they won’t change them. They are cheap quality, plasticky and made of poor material. Cheap and nasty, complete waste of £30.00 with p&p. Expect the customer to pay for return and their postage to send new ones back. Stay away from this company

It did take about a month to get them, but majority of that time was sitting at customs waiting to be checked out. The only downside is the toe part can rip or get a hole in it where it allows air to go in and out. Other than a few unfortunate issues the company had no control over its a perfect product.

Wrong size sent. Supper skinny. Won't let me return them without paying for shipping. Exceeding value.

I ordered a size 6. They sent me a pair which say 38 on the outside packaging. They are too small. They have sent a Size 5. Now they want me to pay to send them back. It will cost half the price of the trainers to return them. They should pay for the return as it's their fault. Trainers stink of really cheap plastic. Worth about £10 I would say. Awful.
