Got the good price of solar installation, the team explain me very well and got the installation right day, they install and make sure everything run smoothly, they came after 2 weeks for cheking the installation again and keep update with me. I recently had an excellent experience with the Solar Emporium when I decided to purchase solar panels over the phone. Azhar, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and guiding me through the options available.

He took the time to explain the benefits of different systems and helped me choose the best fit for my needs. I appreciated his transparency regarding pricing and installation timelines, which made the decision process much easier.

Although I didn’t visit in person, I felt a strong sense of support and enthusiasm from the team. They followed up promptly to confirm my order and provided helpful resources about installation and maintenance.

I am currently awaiting the solar panels to start functioning once they are cleared by the government officer. Overall, I highly recommend the Solar Emporium for anyone considering solar energy solutions. Their customer service is top-notch, and I’m excited about my new solar system!

Overall a good experience dealing with them. They're very communicative and hold your hand with the VicSolar rebate and loan application. Each step is clearly articulated. The prices offered for a comparable solution are very competitive. They carry relatively well known entry-level brands to control costs.

However, the pre-sales team got the dimensions of the roof wrong and promised a 10kW solar solution. But the installers were only able to fit 8.34kW worth panels. The inverter too was switched to a sub 10kW, which worked out great in the end. They were very prompt in issuing a refund for the unused panels and the downsized inverter. I would have liked to see more diligence in the pre-sales planning.

Solar Emporium know their stuff. Working with Arifur was a pleasant experience. He is professional and ensured to design a solar system that best suited my needs, we have spent a considerable amount of time on the phone going back and forth with ideas to land on a design. So far I am extremely happy with the system, and the team that did the installation were also amazing. They have had great attention to detail.

Transparency, great communication and quality services 👌

Kept in touch without being overbearing. Gave me space to study and compare. Quick to answer when I had questions. Once I decided to go ahead they were expeditious, patient with my queries. Kept their side of schedule that they had control over and honest and clear about items that were not under their control like energy company’s time schedule. Overall very satisfied, feel comfortable to talk with them at any time even post completion. Installed three months ago and very satisfied.

Best retail provider and great customer service

Solar Emporium were recommended by a friend. I am glad I followed his advice. They were competitive with others and have delivered a system which seems to be operating extremely well and is delivering what they promised.
The quoting and support process pre-sale was handled my Mitch. He was efficient and proactive without being pushy. He discussed options with me and helped me make the decision on which configuration I wanted. I went with a hybrid 10kW system which included the battery. This, after government rebates, was less expensive than I expected.
The installation was a little long in coming and there were a couple of early problems which meant installation took 2 days rather than one. This was an inconvenience but the guys on site led by Nammuni did a great job and left the site clean and in good shape. They also explained everything to me really well and involved me in resolving the small issues that occurred. .
The critical liaison with the government authorities and my power provider was handled by their operations team led by Tahlia. This was seamless and went really well. The install was in Jan but I waited till now to see my first bill. After adjusting for a one off meter re-configuration my electrical energy bill has dropped by 75%. That is after converting from gas hot water to an electrical heat pump at the same time so the real energy use drop is even greater. Despite my love of "Cooking with gas" I plan to replace my gas hob with electricity down the track so solar will be able to deal with just about all my home energy needs.


