I just completed my solar installation and am now waiting for inspection. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! After doing extensive research and comparing multiple solar suppliers for a long time, I chose this company, and I’m so glad I did.

Rehman, one of the sales representatives, truly stood out. He wasn’t in a rush, took the time to listen, and tailored the deal to fit my specific needs. He was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and most importantly, he genuinely respects his customers and responds promptly.

The installation team from LUMAN ELECTRIC was outstanding—professional, friendly, and humble. They did an excellent job with great attention to detail.

I know getting solar is a bit confusing and there are many companies selling it. But Solar Emporium were great to deal with communication was good and followed up promptly with any queries. Once i signed the support team were great. So would recommend anybody using them.

Arifur was a fantastic help to us in navigating our solar panel purchase and installation with Solar Emporium. Always cheerful, responsive and communicative. We did need to go through others at various stages of the project, but we always got the necessary action through him. As for the project, it went well and was uneventful. Installers were great too. Timeline quoted were pretty much as it happened. :)

Overall an amazing experience throughout the entire process.

The proposal was good. Staff very polite and helpful. Installers very efficient and friendly. Govt and electric supplier were slow. But overall a good experience even if it was longer in time than I thought.

Timely response to customer queries. I am happy with the service.

I would recommend this company to anyone from the first phone call with the sales lady to the installers and to the person set up the App on my phone was all perfect and he took his time over the phone showing every step to connect my phone and got the system working really nice people to deal with and the price was right I’m happy with the system installed and hope to save money on my electricity bill

Beware of This Company! Avoid at All Costs!

I made the mistake of trusting this company and paid a deposit of $697.00 on 29th November 2024 for solar panels. After applying for a solar panel loan (approved within a week), I also applied for a solar battery loan, which was approved on 6th January 2025. Everything seemed to be progressing well, but that’s where the nightmare began.

Since then, they have done nothing but delay and frustrate me with endless excuses. "We can’t see the loan approval," "It’s been transferred to the installation team," and other nonsense excuses have been their responses for weeks. Despite providing over 50 photos and 2 video files on three different occasions to help with the process, they have stalled and failed to deliver.

Fast forward to 20th January 2025—after over 14 days of silence—they had the audacity to demand an additional $700 for a scissor lift, claiming it’s essential for the installation. This is after they’ve had every opportunity to assess the site properly.

Here’s the kicker: They’re now refusing to install the system entirely! They claim they can’t do the job, despite all the evidence and preparation provided. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, they told me they can’t issue one because it’s been more than 2 months since payment—an absolutely ridiculous and unethical policy.

I even recorded their phone conversations to document the lies they’ve been telling me, yet they continue to avoid responsibility.

This company is a complete scam. They take your money, string you along with excuses, and then refuse to either deliver the service or issue a refund. It’s outrageous that companies like this are allowed to operate.

I’m filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and will pursue this matter to ensure they are held accountable for their actions.

If you value your hard-earned money, do NOT buy anything from this company. Warn your friends, family, and anyone in your network to avoid them as well.

I purchased a 6.6 kW solar system with a 5 kW Fronius Primo inverter from Solar Emporium. The system was installed at my home on December 2, 2024. However, it has not been operational since the installation, as there are no signal lights on the inverter. Despite this, Solar Emporium falsely reported the installation as successfully completed and processed the associated payments through loans from Plenti and Solar Victoria.

As a result, I am now paying over $100 per month to Plenti and Solar Victoria without receiving any benefit from the solar system. Attempting to resolve this issue has been extremely frustrating. Solar Emporium is often unresponsive to my calls, and on the rare occasions they do answer, they claim they are "working on it" without providing any tangible solutions or updates.
