Nice and roomy
I have small, very wide feet with a pronounced bunion. I ordered the suede ankle boots in fern and was delighted with the fit. I generally wear suede which is softer and the bunion area in these boots is soft and roomy. Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. No complaints.

The BEST trainers and heels for my painful feet! I have a bunion on my right foot and a hammer toe on my left and finding shoes has always been hard for me. I was recommended Sole bliss by my podiatrist and they are the best things to have ever happened to my feet! I wear rheir trainers every day and I recently bought a pair of heels for a wedding. I could wear them comfortably all day and night for the first time in a very long time! Thank you Sole bliss!

I do not recommend this company!!!
I tried on their shoes on, and they were comfortable at first - fit very well. When I wore them to work they started to dig into my heels, causing terrible blisters. I had no other shoes to wear and applied blister pads from an employee to get through the day.
It took over a week for me to even be able to wear normal shoes again (still using blister care pads).
I returned the shoes and explained this, but received a note that the company does not accept returns or provide refunds if you wore the shoes other than shortly on carpet to test them out.
Not much of a test.
For that amount of money I should have just stuck with my Ferragamos.
Purchase at your own risk. Very disappointing.

We do allow a 30-day return period and kindly ask you to try the shoes on a carpeted area to make sure they are comfortable for you. This is stated on our website and on your returns form. Painful trainers for bunion
Purchased Sole Bliss trainers as I have a painful bunion these trainers have made it worse £189 pound for worse shoes ever .

Not wide fit shoes
I am really disappointed in the fit of these loafers £175 and so narrow and uncomfortable. Don’t purchase if you need a wide shoe as these shoes are definitely not suitable Also stiff and hard leather .

UPDATE: In response to the response from the company, the styles I ordered were advertised as ideal for wide feet. ???
I give the stars for excellent customer service. I had to return the shoes and this was dealt with very efficiently. But to anyone who really does have wide feet, I advise you look carefully at the photos of the shoes before buying. The two pairs that I tried, Ingrid and Kara, in the hope of being able to wear such pretty shoes, were no wider than any standard shoe I have tried. And now when I look at the photos, I can see there was no chance they would fit my wide feet. They are lovely shoes, but they are not wide fitting.

Following my review on 21/6/24, Sole Bliss responded on your site that they would escalate the complaint for me. I contacted Customer Services via email regarding this and once again, no response. It seems to me that if the Director of the business is not concerned about complaints, then the staff certainly aren't going to be bothered. They must get a lot of complaints if the CEO cannot answer them all! Speaks for itself doesn't it. mg

Very disappointing.
I ordered a trainer in white which was not available despite being shown on the website. There was a delay in my being informed but I ordered the same shoe in navy which was then delivered late. The shoes were good quality in terms of materials and appearance but this style-Drama-is NOT made with allowance for wide feet, being narrower than many of my standard-fit trainer/casual shoes. In addition, the left shoe was faulty so I am left out of pocket as the postage charge has not been refunded. Caveat emptor.

A nasty uncomfortable ridge in the insole of my shoe…
I am very disappointed with the quality of such an expensive pair of shoes from Sole Bliss. I bought the shoes a month ago for my son’s wedding. I was pleased when I took them out of the box and they seemed to fit perfectly. However, as the wedding is next week I decided to wear them around the house to ‘break them in’. After a few minutes I realised the insole of the shoe was very uncomfortable. On closer inspection I found there is a large ridge near the toe area in one of the shoes which I cannot smooth down as it has been glued down. I am so upset as I had hoped to be able to wear comfortable shoes

Sole Bliss didn’t work for me
I read the website and it said to go half a size up. I wasn’t sure what to do since I have one foot which is size 5 and another which is size 5.5. I bought the 5.5 which was tight and exchanged for 6. They weren’t the most comfortable of shoes but I figured they would adjust to my feet and wore them to a wedding. After three hours I had a blister and my feet really hurt. Clearly they don’t work on all feet. It’s a shame since I liked the colour and style. They won’t refund you if the shoes have been worn outside so I would check really carefully to see if the shoes are okay after several hours of wearing them.

Best shoes for wide, difficult feet!
Great choice of fashionable shoes for younger women with wide, difficult feet! Quick delivery, lovely customer service if you need it and free returns if required. Expensive but worth every penny for comfort!

The comfiest shoes ever!!!
So pleased I found Sole Bliss, I wasn’t 100% on the style & height I wanted, and then customer service team were very helpful. Speedy delivery next day. I have worn my heels to every wedding I’ve attended in the last year and my feet feel great at the end of it. Looking at purchasing some trainers next!

I am writing this review in the hope that it helps someone who is contemplating buying trainers from Sole Bliss. The products are highly priced at £189 and what is not advised is that these are only suitable for light use... in actual fact so long as you don't mind not wearing them outside and are happy to expect that the soles will perish, split and let in water within the first 12 months of use then OK go ahead and buy. I have found that the after care is appalling with staff who are insulting to say the least. I will never purchase from Sole Bliss again as in my opinion they are inflated prices with poor quality.

Great service and very comfortable sandals. Wore them all day at my son’s wedding in Italy. The only heels I have worn in a long time that didn’t hurt my feet

Beware when buying from this company
I purchased trainers from this company. They were very expensive but I hoped they would be suitable for my bunion problem! Although advertised as wide, they were not sufficiently wide, even though my bunion is only moderate. I tried to return them, having worn them for only 20 minutes in my house. They refused the return.. the problem being the under sole had slight discolouration. This must have been from my wooden floor. I then read you were only supposed to try them on on a carpeted floor. This is in small print! So, 189 down the drain.
