Having made contact with Sole Bliss, delivery issues were sorted quickly and the customer care staff were extremely helpful.

Very good service.
The expensive LYDIA flat shoes, however, were a disappointment. The backs have no structure and are very soft so after one wear, at a wedding, they are creased, fall down, and look shabby.

Do not recommend Paloma heels- they promise comfort and bring nothing but pain.

I originally bought the Ingrid heels in size 7.5. They ended up being too big. I decided to return them, and instead upgrade to the Paloma, which is a similar style with a larger heel. Given that the Ingrid in size 7.5 was too big, I purchased the Paloma in size 7.

To my surprise upon arrival- they were way too small! My feet felt incredibly squished. I decided to exchange these for a 7.5. The 7.5 certainly felt better, but still, not comfortable for me with and has actually made the bunions on the side of my toes much worse.

As I already wore them I did not try to return.

The 2 stars given is because returns and exchanges were a seamless process.

But, as for quality, I would give these a 1/5. They are marketed with the promise of comfort, and the Paloma is certainly not that. Likely, the Ingrid which has a shorter heel heigh would have been the more comfortable choice.

Wanted other possible customers to be aware.

I’m the trainers were very expensive £189 from memory. I bought them because I have bunions. Beautiful leather. The soles are high maintenance. Keeping the white soles white. I wore them for short periods initially. One day I wore them for a few hours. When I took them off my bunions were red and swollen. . They are supposed to relieve bunions! I wouldn’t buy another pair. My Mode de pella leather trainers at £50 in the sale are far better value and far more comfortable .

The trainers I have had from Sole Bliss are certainly comfortable (I have had two pairs) however the heel wears down very quickly. This does not look good nor is it practical walking on shoes down on one side; they are not suitable to reheel. I asked my shoe mender who pointed out that as the heel is hollow a repair will not work well - and in fact the hollow on one shoe is already exposed. As the heel area seems to wear down quite quickly these trainers are therefore extremely expensive for such limited wear.

Ordered a fine looking pair of sandals. Very prompt delivery. My wife put them on and they fitted well. Then she walked in them. This is where things did not go well. As she walked it appeared that there was some sort of trapped air which created suction so as each step was taken it sounded as though she had flatulence. This was not quiet so this made them impossible to wear. My wife rang Sole Bliss about this and they said they were aware of some problems and to return them. They made out it was a bad batch and they would send out a new pair. The returns process was very good and we duly received another pair in good time. The new pair were put on but they did exactly the same as the other pair. Lovely shoes with built in sound effects are not acceptable so we will be returning them and asking for a refund.

These are BY FAR the best shoes I've ever purchased. I called customer care for advice on trainers. It's wonderful to be able to reach someone by phone these days! Customer care recommended 2 styles. I ordered both with a view of returning 1. I am keeping both, they are so comfortable! Fantastic shoes, fantastic service!

Was really looking forward to having comfortable trainers but unfortunately the seam sat directly on my bunions so very uncomfortable

Beautiful collection of high quality shoes in lots of different colours and styles. Sizing is poor. I ordered four pairs of shoes (one a return for a different size) and none of them fitted. They were all beautiful and good quality, clearly well made but the sizing was so off it’s very disappointing. The heels seemed short in the toe box and too wide. My toes touched the tip of the shoe. The flats were a better fit in the toe box and covered my bunion but my toe touched the top again. The loafers were incredibly comfortable but absolutely huge, seemed two sizes too big. I exchanged for a smaller size and they were slightly too short. It’s very disappointing none of the styles fitted. My search goes on for comfortable shoes for bunion feet.

I returned three pairs of shoes totaling 847 $. I was told that I would receive only a credit good for one year. That email never came. I have emailed back several times requesting the email with the credit information with no response. When I posted a review with this information. Sole Bliss immediately dismissed my review. I bought some gold trainers with black soles a year or so ago. Mostly, I don't see the point of giving an early review; my shoes, like my other goods, get looked after and are expected to last at least three years.
The trainers are comfortable, but have not kept their shape well at the HEELS. They were not made well and effectively collapsed very early on, despite always using the zips for putting on the trainers. When the trainers are taken off, they look very 'down at heel'. Shame, as I need some new ones and i liked the style and toe-comfort.

Stylish shoes but rather disappointed as not as comfortable as previous purchases. However after a few wears got better and I am sure in time they will soften but the backs do seem somewhat rigid.

I ordered shoes from Sole Bliss, unfortunately they were not what I needed. I found the website and service very efficient, delivery was prompt and returning the shoes was very easy.

I have sent emails and phoned this company several times about half sizes, however the customer services are awful. I have received no reply to my query by email or phone as they don't answer it. I really wouldn't buy anything now from this company
if this is how it is run.

Beware: Feather sneakers- the sneakers were comfortable when I tested them on the carpet inside my home, but when I was walking through an airport recently while wearing the Feather sneakers, the shoe design caused me to catch my toe a lot, and I was lucky I didn’t lose my balance and fall. I ended up holding my husband’s hand for support to help prevent a fall while we walked through the airport. I contacted SoleBliss and told them about the negative experience and was told that I cannot return the shoes since I did walk outside while wearing them. Disappointed.

I really wanted to like the shoes and they were cute but on the first wear outside they were killing my feet within 10 mins and I don’t even have bunions! I just thought they would be extra comfort with heels. Clark’s are half price and more comfort.

The glowing reviews and marketing led me to purchase multiple pairs of shoes from Sole Bliss. The two pairs of pumps that I purchased are very cute/polished, but have a myriad of problems with fit and quality. They've also started making loud squeaking noises after the third wear - which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. I don't need to hear my shoes while I am walking in them. The sneakers that I bought are the best pair of the three, but I don't love them as much and they are not as comfortable as my FitFlop sneakers. I won't be making any more purchases from Sole Bliss in the future, which is disappointing as the concept of more room in the bunion area is very attractive.

I returned a pair of shoes as they were too big. My exchange was processed quickly and efficiently. In no time at all my beautifully packaged trainers arrived and they are so so comfortable. Excellent quality as always.
