White Glove Service is an accurate name for the attention I received from SonderCare and its affiliate Mobility Plus. Every person who contacted me was polite, supportive and enthusiastic. The delivery was seamless. I was never worried about when the bed would arrive. The installation was on time and the staff was thorough about instruction and follow-up. The entire experience was almost too good to be true. I appreciate the stress-free service in stressful times.

SonderCare should be on everyone's radar that's looking for a quality product that doesn't remind you of a sterile environment. I was looking for a bed with the functionality of a hospital bed but not the depressing look of a traditional hospital setting. SonderCare hit the mark. The product is of great craftsmanship, esthetically pleasing to the eye and functionally top notch. The bed was delivered quite quickly and the delivery/ installer was efficient and friendly. He went out of his way to help me move around things so the bed would fit. He was knowledgeable about the bed showed me all the functions. He cleaned up after the installation and was on his way.
The representative called a couple days later to make sure I was happy with the product and to advise that should I have any questions and or concerns to not hesitate to call.
Amazing customer service with an amazing product.

Victoria was very helpful when I called to check on specific questions regarding the voltage of the battery backup unit. She also said the organic cotton fitted sheets had elastic all around the sheet, a must when a patient is in a bed that can go up & down. She also clarified that the bamboo quit top for the dream mattress was attached to the mattress and was also on both the top & bottom of the mattress. She answered all my questions. Great customer service!

I needed a white-glove delivery in a hurry. The Sondercare folks I worked with were responsive and effective, and pleasant, which was appreciated.

The Rolls Royce of adjustable beds. Expensive but well worth it. Josuy in headquarters and Chad in my area are very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns. You get what you pay for.

Chad was so helpful. He delivered my mom’s bed within a day of ordering, came back to help whenever needed, and was kind and eager to help in any way we needed. The whole customer care team were friendly, responsive and helpful. And the bed is excellent quality.
