Victoria was extremely helpful in helping me to understand how the bed will help my mom and all caregivers. She worked very hard to ensure I got the right bed for my mom. Her follow up on the order was professional and reassuring. I was surprised that she responded to my email and my questions late at night. This is extremely helpful especially we are in need of a suitable bed for my mom urgently. She had done a superb job and we appreciated her effort.

Also, David called me a few times to confirm the exact time of delivery as we move to a condo and booking elevator for delivery is very strict and limited to time. His calls helped to alleviate a lot of my stress. Thank you David for the calls.

This is the best bed that i have ever gotten. I am handicapped, and have had trouble with beds. I found this online and cked out the company. The people were very helpful, and had great personalities. Whatever i needed , or asked about they answered. I bought the premium aura twin bed, and sheets, stand and extra length part also the extra bars.All are top notch as is the bed. This is the most sturdy bed , and i would recommend it to anybody.The installers were very nice and polite. They did a super job and and answered all if our questions.

We are very happy with the bed. It far exceeds the description. The sales, delivery , setup teams were very responsive as well. We would highly recommend this bed to anyone else. It is a bit pricey, but the quality reflects just that
