If I could put zero stars as a rating I would.
Further to my previous review, it wasn't until today, because I chased my complaint up, which was sent 2 email addresses, that I got a response, a poor one at that, and the reason for me to chase, was I had a text message saying I owed them money. Which I didn't, an error on their part, more unecessary stress.
My complaint to them, is now the 2nd one, as one in motion and with the ombudsman.
The new owner of the flat, poor lass, calls me as she said, they don't reply, which we know that, as mentioned in the complaint.
Looks like this story is not close to ending yet

Fran has been brilliant throughout the process of buying our first home. From the very beginning, she made sure we had the opportunity to get our offer in first and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or offer advice.

Selling Shared Ownership
I recently listed my Shared Ownership property for sale through SO Resi and they have been so easy to work with. The resale process for Shared Ownership is not exactly straightforward, but I felt supported throughout the marketing process. Lubna has been amazing. Her communication is brilliant and she is very transparent and forthcoming with updates as and when they are available, without the need to chase her. A buyer was found successfully within a couple of weeks after several viewings were scheduled, so I am very pleased with the outcome.

Check the small print when purchasing a home
I bought a shared ownership property in 2019 and am now staircasing to 100%. Unfortunately, as the original lease was 99% years, I am now having to pay the cost to extend this to 250 years. No fault with So Resi but with leasehold regulations. Dealing with So Resi has been extremely difficult and I do feel they are constantly working against me. They took 4 weeks to provide a copy of the head lease to the surveyor (although they never actually provided it but the surveyor had it on file luckily). Then end of June they release a £500 incentive to staircase which ran until the end of September. They did not state the completion needed to be completed within the 4 months, and as my staircasing and lease extension is taking 5-6 months I no longer qualify. Legal processes like this rarely take just 4 months. So Resi delayed the process by 4 weeks at the start from not having the head lease. Their solicitor also put the incorrect figures on the documentation and refused to change it until I pushed back and said I wouldn't sign. Don't offer something you won't follow through with. Buying a shared ownership can be a very good scheme but it is riddled with hidden costs and delays which makes it not worth it.

Went last Friday to see new home in…
Went last Friday to see new home in Earlsfield by So Resi .
And would like to purchase for Shared ownership and I live in Wandsworth area to.However from beginning started rude ended up with financing team who were on the phone completely rude unprofessional.
My issue was my 10year family visa was due to renewed and I submitted my extension before my visa expired and still waiting my renewal passport. However under the law we are still allowed to work and live Section 3C.
If that finance team lit bit make effort to have a look my documents and read what type of law is protecting us it could have help me.
My son is British and I’m a single mother who paying private rental flat per month £2300 without bill and renting my 11th year.
My income 49k .
Deposit 80k
Tembo gives me certificate of 360k .
However on the phone who spoken with me really rude and I feels this company threat poeple differently.
Honestly he said on the phone any finance team we do not accept you because of your visa situation. I live in England 15 years . I never heard someone talking with me this harsh unprofessional.
I felt judged and dismissed my nationality and immigration status. I’m from Mongolia I have to pay my tax 15k this year.
How ever The way he spoke to me made me feel unwelcome.
After I left the new home Earlsfield I cried a lot. I just don’t want to rent all of my life.
However some poeple they don’t understand hard working poeple .
