If I could give less than 1* I would. I ordered an otter box phone case from staples as it was around £5 cheaper with them. I ordered this on the 24th March. A few days later a massive parcel arrived from staples containing an industrial server cable......inside was my dispatch note with an otter box phone case order number which was also the wrong product code anyway and not what I ordered. I contacted them immediately, they said they could not refund me as it was a 3rd party of theirs that it comes from. I then had to chase up Staples to chase up the 3rd party who eventually sent out a returns package to send back the industrial cable. (They refused to refund me until it was returned) Once returned on the 7th April I still did not receive my refund. I chased them again on 13th April and they have finally issued a refund that will be with me in 3-5 working days, a whole 3 weeks after they sent me the wrong item.
I wouldn't recommend staples at all. Just buy whatever you want from Amazon like I did and got the right item delivered the next day.
I originally bought the product through Staples. NOT the third party. Therefore it's Staples responsibility. Quick to take money, don't want to give it back when their in the wrong.
Stay away people.

Staples is fast to expedte delivery. Fast to respond to queries; Customer service is top notch. Lots of useful products at competitive prices, usually the least expensive spring water for the same brand, compared with other suppliers.

Very prompt delivery, but items left on doorstep without notification of arrival. The doorbell was not rung and items worth>£100 left for anyone to take.

incompetence
you emailed the wrong email to notify me of my order so that I did not receive it.
The size of the letters on my finished card are almost illegible. I have never seen business cards printed in this manner ever. If you think a business card is not a bespoke item no wonder you are totally incompetent. My business card has my email address on it so why did you not use that email.

Bad service
Ordered 2 metal lockable boxes for paperwork, website said they'd be in stock in April. Ive been waiting a month and checked my order on the website today which says the order will not be fulfilled. No email was sent to let me know.
