Thornaby on tees Starbucks.

Thornaby on tees. Shocking service; absolute joke. Couldn’t get an order for two medium lattes correct. Sent me to the waiting bay to wait for one latte and I watched three cars drive past. They should have prioritised my order but didn’t. Ended up with a refund in 50p pieces. Insult!

Ignored Formal Complaint

Austin as expected you have again not replied to my complaint , your customer service is as bad as the Starbucks at Thinford. Very slow to no response.

Ignoring paying customers is unacceptable.

Please pass my formal complaint to your most senior manager “Today”

This is horrendous customer service.

Lovely staff and great coffee

We go to Starbucks regularly, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the main store we use is Thinford , the coffee is always good Chloe the manager is an absolutel joy, it makes our day when she’s there, we always come out smiling, she is an absolute credit to the company.

Bishop auckland branch, Chloe a manager from a different branch was filling in. Absolutely disgusting attitude over the fact the drink was wrong twice bare in mind there was no tweaks to the drink, she openly acknowledged it was wrong but gained an attitude. If you cant make a drink dont work at starbucks an lord as a manager step down from your position and get extra training.

Starbucks Spytty Newport Wales- Customer service is awful! The staff don’t smile, no good morning/afternoon. They act like robots. It was my regular weekly coffee stop but now I go somewhere else. Very, very overpriced too!

I visited the drive-thru today around…

I visited the drive-thru today around 12:30 and was disappointed by the treatment I received. The staff clearly need training in customer service. As a manager of a large company, I would be appalled if my team treated someone in such a disrespectful manner.

I had just experienced something upsetting and was very emotional and was also recovering from laryngitis, which caused me to have a coughing fit as I approached the drive-thru. When I mistakenly referred to a macchiato as “macho chino,” the staff laughed rather than responding kindly. I frequent Starbucks, so I understand that mistakes happen, but their continued laughter, even during the payment process and when handing me my order she said here’s your cappuccino and then when handing me my macchiato she said and here’s your other drink and laughed in my face , it felt incredibly unprofessional. If I hadn’t already been through so much today, I would have come inside to address this in person.

I really hope this is addressed , and reading other reviews this branch has clear issues .

Pathetic service

Pathetic service . Sold to me coffee for £4.20 but I asked for £3.70 . He smiled and said it’s standard cup ! All the want is your money . Coffee is horrid !

Not Accessible for People With Autism Traits

The coffee shops don't seem to be accessible for people with Autism, ADHD, ADD, Asperger Syndrome, and Autism as whole.

There needs to be quiet places within the coffee shops, coming into the one I used to go to which is full of mums/dads and babies always making noise and aggravating me. I have been in and out of work due to my health conditions and have spent so much money at your establishments, that it is having a direct impact on my life.

I have ideas to make quiet working areas for people like this, would like to speak to someone about them.

Very happy with the service I get in…

Very happy with the service I get in squires gate Starbucks. every visit I get warm hellos and they are very polite and friendly.
I used to be an avid Costa hoer but I found the drink and food variation in Starbucks to be 10x better

Customer service is none existent.

I made a complaint about an experience I had in one of their shops and despite chasing 5 times across various platforms, I have been completely ignored. Feedback and customer experience is obviously not a consideration for Starbucks!

Starbucks Peterborough staff make your visit worthwhile!…

As a visitor from out of the area, you always know what you're getting in terms of quality and choice when you visit a Starbucks anywhere in the world.
However, what made this particular Starbucks stand out from all of the rest is its staff; namely Ricky & Rachel!

From the moment of walking through the door i was greeted by the cheeriest of hellos. The two staff have a great working chemistry together and use appropriate humour and great banter with their customers.

Chatty and helpful, my take-out order changed to a stay in order, where I purchased much more than I'd originally intended and really enjoyed the ambiance.
Just a pity the bar code for my customer survey (and a discount from my next order) wasn't working. That would have been a real bonus.

People of Peterborough, pop into the branch and and join Ricky & Rachel, the jewel in the Starbucks crown, for a brew.
People with their positive customers service skills are few and far between these days!

hot chocolate that tastes of nothing

Ordered standard hot chocolate. Lovely and hot, unlike many places where they are usually just luke warm at best. My only problem with it is that it has no flavour. Too late to take back as took as a take away.

I had not visited starbucks in a little…

I had not visited starbucks in a little while. I rcvd an email rewarding me with 350 stars on my next visit. I did visit but Unfortunately this never materialised after my visit. I then raised this with starbucks who wanted a copy of the email, a screen shot of the terms and conditions plus shot of the email date and screen shot of my receipt. I was reluctant to do this as the email was sent by starbucks, and the app was scanned on purchase, so the relevant information is available to them.
To entice customers to revisit by offers, to not fulfil the offer, and make the customer feel as though they are being dishonest. We'll done starbucks, the effort to get me to visit more frequently has had the opposite effect.
Terrible customer service.
