I was in store today and met with a sales man named John , I was looking for a mattress and just couldn’t believe how good John was in explaining the difference with the mattresses I was looking at. I will be buying the suitable one chosen with his help.

Asked for a quote and got a very speedy call back from Heather in the Bangor store. Called in a few days later to have a look at the showroom and draw up some plans. Heather was so helpful and reassuring to work with - no question was a silly one! We had our two children with us and she was so kind to them, even getting them set up with colouring in so we could have a look! Wardrobes ordered to be fitted next month - will update my review after to include what we think of the setup!

I recently had some issues with my TV cabinet installation, and I want to give full credit to the Starplan Wednesbury team for the way they handled everything.

Cid, who I dealt with over email, was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. He kept me updated and made sure everything was followed through properly.

John and Brad, the builders who came out, were fantastic — friendly, approachable, and clearly committed to getting the job done right. They went above and beyond to fix every issue and the final result is perfect.

Really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the work. Five stars well deserved! Highly recommend the team at Starplan Wednesbury.

Absolutely delighted with the experience. Heather was extremely patient with us (as we tried nearly every bed in the shop).

We went to Starplan on Saturday passed, spoke to Gareth, a very nice person. Very helpful. We went back to to buy what we wanted with Garth. Then we meet with Heather who works in the bedroom section. We bought a new mattress which we are looking forward to getting. Heather was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable in regard to what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend STARPLAN ,this is was not our first time fitting out homes with this company.

We have bought several piece's of bedroom furniture from Heather Thornsbury in the Bangor branch. We found her extremely helpful and kept us notified of when our furniture was being delivered.

I was recently in the Bangor branch of Star plan (02/01/26). I was served again by Heather who I have dealt with in the past and was pleased that she remembered my previous order of which I purchased yet again for another room. As well as the bed and headboard being of great quality, Heather made the purchase very easy and made the experience a pleasant one.

We used Starplan, Bangor 7 years ago to fit a kitchen in our previous house. We moved in August 2025 to our new home and contacted Starplan, Bangor again. Richard was so helpful and full of plans and ideas, also a great sense of humour. Kitchen was fitted 2 weeks before Christmas by Mark the contractor and his amazing, hardworking team. Result was a dream kitchen fitted to perfection. Would highly recommend Starplan to anyone.

Staff went 'the extra mile' to help with my enquiries in both choice of appropriate bed to meet my individual needs and my choice of fitted bedroom.

Met with Barbara in the Portadown store, at the beginning of November, for an initial consultation … great to see someone with the experience and knowledge to be able to guide us in our decision.
Within one week we had our final plan confirmed for a full room fit out and a pre Christmas completion date.
Installation went according to plan and we couldn’t be happier with the job!
Thanks also to the guys who carried out the fit and ensured the experience went without a hitch.
Overall we had an extremely positive experience with Portadown Starplan and cannot recommend them enough.

Visited Newtownabbey store on 27/12/25 and served by Tony. Excellent customer service. This is the 3rd time we have dealt with Tony in starplan over the last 2/3 years. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very informative. Would highly recommend.

Had a free design visit by George - lovely gentleman who created some great designs for our bedroom. Was very easy to work with and very professional. Thank you very much.

Recently had a new kitchen fitted by Starplan (Belfast) and the help and guidance provided by Donna from start to finish was exceptional, as a result I went back to get a bedroom fitted and again the service provided by Julie was excellent.

Highly recommend both!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Hannah and Martin in the Portadown store were excellent. So friendly and patient, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The two fitters were also super. Overall, I am delighted with my new bedroom and the service from Starplan. Would highly recommend.

Excellant experience with Starplan Newtownabbey from start to finish. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a relaxed vibe where you don't feel pressurized, and can browse at your leisure. We dealt with Gordon Thomson, kitchen designer. Gordon listened with patience and attention , nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen fitters and Chris Galway the installation manager were very polite and professional, they did an incredible job. We chose a local family firm for their quality of materials and level of customer service.We couldn't be happier with our forever kitchen!

Rose from the Fort is a sweetheart! She found me the perfect bed set!! Rose took the time out to explain the beds and different types of comfort they bring.

I have used starplan twice and the service has been exceptional and the quality of our wardrobes was excellent. I popped to the branch at Erdington because I wanted a dressing table to match. I meet with Pete a lovely guy who was very good and I was kept upto date with the plans. The dressing table arrived promptly and as usual the quality was great.
