Lazy, Indifferent, and Unreliable

You should avoid any company that uses Startrack for deliveries. Drivers are incentivised based on the number of deliveries attempted, not on the quality of customer service. Your suspicions are correct; they never attempted delivery. Most of the time, they shove a card in your letterbox and run off.

Every driver should be required to wear a body cam that captures on video exactly how hard they tried.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, staff are unhelpful. Asked for callback from a manager which wasn't received, staff member didn't put through a depot collection request on my original call so had to wait an extra day.

Spent 150$ on express shipping

Spent 150$ on express shipping, parcel stayed in a town 15 minutes from where I live for 24+ hours. Absolutely useless. Express Shipping isn't a polite suggestion, get my parcel to me ASAP. This is the problem with these big companies having little to no competition.

Start Track drivers are sucks

Start Track drivers are sucks. All they have is one job & never able to do it right. I ordered something for my mother’s birthday waited a month on delivery day they messed it up and didn’t leave the pick up card. I thought order is still in the way but it was sitting at Aus Post after a few days they send back to return address. I didn’t knew so I start contact & found out they send back without leaving any pick up card or msg. Really suck company I don’t even know how company surviving with crappy employees.

This company is the most shameful

This company is the most shameful, discriminatory company i have ever come across. They are witholding my medications. I spent 9 hours on the phone yesterday, all recorded, with star track discrimination about my disabilities and hanging up on me and blaming me for my disabilities and my unmedicated state! I had informed them that i am high risk of seizures and i am by myself and could literally die if i hit my head, and they did not care. They refused medical priorities for medication, and would not offer a saturday delivery. They expect me to go five daus without medication.
I had a seizure last night, due to no medications, and i hit my head really hard.
They hung up on my ndis supports too!

Now im going to sue them, if they dont kill me in the next five days. They do not seem to comprehend that they are 100% liable in this situation as i am a legally vulnerable adult at high risk. The discrimination? I had informed them that the suicide rate was 80% in my disabilities, due to poor treatment, discrimination etc, and they still continued it. They wouldn't even tell me where my parcel was and i nearly had to report it as stolen!
Now? Aus post and star track have the entirety of ndia on them. They have ndia court that theyre going to be dragged into on the 20th of october, as i will be seeking compensation, loss of employment etc for their behaviour and refusal to deliver medications, whilst fully knowing the risk they put vulnerable people in. The ACCC, ASIC disability discrimination commission, the disabled and elderly abuse unit with the police will also be involved. Amongst others. My supports are currently organising everything to do this.

Avoid this company, they abuse vulnerable people behind closed doors, and they blame them for it, even when multiple pther parties are telling them, no, this is not appropriate.

I am also putting a police report in about attempted murder, as they are aware of my medical conditions and are failing to act, as every organisation in Australia has dury of care to disabled people.

Im going to sue each of you personally, then im shutting your rancid business down.

Shame on you!

AVOID! STEALING YOUR MONEY

Don't bother with Startrack. They are handing our express parcels over to the regular Aust Post system. That includes handing your express parcel over to Aust Post contractors who may not deliver each week day. Save your money. Startrack are on par with Aust Post. Thats why their overnight express is being delivered on day seven. Thats why your necessary medication isn't coming any time soon. Thats why you ended up in the ED. Absolutely appalling. It's not a service its a disgrace. Demand your money back, they're just lying and stealing money. Grubby.

Unreliable always

Packages never come when scheduled to. Have to take time off work for signature on deliveries that never show up. Current delivery is stuck in a loop and once again hasn’t shown up. Urgent medication I can’t access now with no apologies or help

Overnight delivery 5 day later still no items.So it will be just under a week for next day delivery Next time I should walk to pick it up it would've taken me 4 days but I would have my medication now and not feeling like im going to die. Fast strak is like you'll get it when we deliver it. But not the day it's meant to come. THIS IS A NOT A NEXT DAY DELIVERY COMPANY

ABSOLUTE WORST courier in the World.

ABSOLUTE WORST courier in the World.
Medication for cancer being delivered- guaranteed next day. Picked up Brisbane, yesterday arrives this morning at depot and out for delivery- at 10am and they only deliver til 5pm- called them and they claim cant contact the driver- load of BS - its a courier company.
If i could give ZERO stars i would.

POS this company and should be foreclosed

I wish I could leave less than one star. Terrible company to deal with. Drivers are rude and incomptent , parcells never arrive on time, scans show the wrong info, and no one seems to know what is going on within the company!

Lying bludgers.

It’s been appalling for years. Constantly lying about attempted deliveries when I’ve been home the entire time. They fill out the cards in advance in case they have a busy day and then dump the mail at the closest post office. When they do actually deliver, they just chuck it on the ground where it can get rained on or stolen and then leave my gate wide open. Absolute rubbish service. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

No attempts to deliver - ONLY LIES

I receive medication monthly and have never had it delivered successfully with Startrack. I always receive a failed delivery notice when they never got out of their truck. I know because someone was home and security camera shows the delivery wasn't attempted.

I'd hazard a guess the drivers even go to our address but straight to the post office. They lie and basically steal. They are fraud. I pay for this delivery so I don't have to go to the post office because I'm at work and can't get there.

I'm disgusted by this company and frankly would be delighted if they went out of business.

Appalling delivery service

My parcel was collected from sydney 4pm Wed. It arrived in canberra at 2am thursday. Then logged at fyshwick facility at 9.50am thursday . It sat there for 21hrs before being logged at hume distribution centre 7.15am friday. By 7.30am it was logged again and it was now on its way back to fyshwick arriving at 8.44am Friday??
Now it won't be delivered till Monday!?!?
8hrs from pickup in Sydney to Canberra then approx 110hrs hrs delayed in canberra before supposed delivery. Absolutely useless inefficient keystone cop delivery service!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never left a bad review for any…

I’ve never left a bad review for any company in my life. But after dealing with StarTrack’s investigations team, specifically a case manager named Agur Benjamin, I feel like I’ve been forced into it out of principle, even if it reaches one person who has the option to use another courier.

Parcel lost, avoids calls. Promises call-backs but never does. Last time she promised a 10:30 am callback for the following day. I asked if I should add it to my calendar as every other time she didn’t call back. She said yes this time I will.

Ends up not even working that day.

If you use StarTrack, do so at your own risk. And if they inevitably lose your parcel and you’re unlucky enough to be assigned Agur as a case manager, immediately demand someone else or expect your parcel never to be found and nobody to do anything.

StarTrack’s service is absolutely…

StarTrack’s service is absolutely ridiculous. They pretend to deliver packages, claiming they couldn’t find the recipient or that the address is wrong, when the address is clearly correct and displayed multiple times. They get paid to provide a delivery service, yet they clearly do not take their responsibilities seriously. Packages could easily be left in the designated parcel box at any mailbox, but instead they make excuses and waste customers’ time. The quality of their work is shockingly poor and completely unacceptable. This is not just bad service.. it’s pathetic. Strongly not recommended.
