Pathetic and lying.

Update: Today on the third attempt the parcel was left inside my gate. Big thanks to that courier.

This company has completely unreliable couriers. Supposed delivery on Saturday 11.15am, no card left.
Today SUPPOSED 5.02pm delivery, claiming the premises were locked. Absolute rubbish! The gate was open, all you had to do is unlatch it, and my vehicle sitting in the driveway while I was on the computer, metres away from the gate. I will avoid swearing, but really want to. I think I now get to drive miles to pick up my delivery. Pathetic.

Missed parcel delivery so it went back…

Missed parcel delivery so it went back to Wingfield,sat at Wingfield for two weeks and they finally tried re delivery,missed delivery so they left a card for collection at local post office,local post office doesn't have it it, it's gone back to Wingfield for a second time. 16 days later no parcel still.

TERRIBLE!

They once again have failed to meet THEIR deadline! Send notifications, re: delivery date/ time and don't show up. I don't know why companies like Telstra use this pathetic excuse for a courier service. I have had the misfortune of having to await parcels that either don't come the day they specify, or they leave them (an expensive computer on one particular occasion) in conspicuous places where they could easily be stolen. Waiting for a Telstra Modem in this instance, needed for my work..... They just DON'T DELIVER!

I was in front room, house's door open and they claimed it's a miss delivery

"It's the worst delivery service I've ever seen. I was home all day, waiting for my delivery, only to receive a card claiming attempted delivery!" do this sound familiar to you? yes, this is happening COUNTRY WISE, so this is NOT a personel issue, it's a company "policy" or way of conduct issue. I got this fraud in Brisbane, did a bit of search and it happens in Sydney, Melbourne and other places as well. If any law-firm looking for a class action lawsuite, please count me in stevelu.1811 [gmail]

Don't use

Every 2nd delivery with star track (I get medication delivered) is late. They have 0 customer service. I keep lobbying my chemist to use a different courier service, because star track is the worst. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My last delivery was on time. Sure enough, the one due today (thurs) has just been updated to say it will be delivered on Monday. But it's cool, it's not like it's medication that is needed that is delayed....oh wait!

0 stars - Absolutely a joke, a disgrace to Australia Post. You may be seperate entities but you still represent them. You have their logo on you website. Packages are delayed constantly. I have not had a seamless delivery in 12 months. I have never been given a reasonable answer when it has been addressed so I assume it is pure laziness. Either that or it comes across as people who complain seem to be targeted with continued problems. I say this as my sister has not made any complaints and never has a problem with her deliveries. We order on exactly the same day from the same suburb, same delivery suburb and EVERY SINGLE time, she gets hers first!
I have requested a complaint id to continue with the Ombudsman as I was not given one last time I spoke to a supervisor/manager. I will be speaking with both the Ombudsman and ACCC.
I will also be moving to a local supplier as to avoid using star track at all.

Do not use them.
Ordered prescription medication and paid for priority. Tracking said it would arrive Tuesday (which i was depending on). On wednesday it still had not arrived, tracking still said arriving Tuesday. After putting in an enquiry they added "delayed, waiting ro be processed" to the tracking list, but arriving Tuesday remained. Thursday morning I received a message from the pharmacy stating it would arrive that day. According ro the tracking it left a town 15 minutes from my home at 5:27am. At 3pm I called and they said it was in truck on its way and would arrive before 5pm. At 5:15 I called and got the same message. It's now 5:45pm and it's pretty clear it isn't coming today.
Do not use them and if you do, do not pay for priority.

Express Parcel with Valuables since 4 Days 30 minutes from my Home

My Express Parcel should have arrived today the 7th of March as it was stated in the Tracking. It left Brisbane on the 4th of March (80 Minutes from my Place). It came originally from Europe through UPS and as I called they told me it is with the Startrack Driver out for Delivery. I then called Stattrack to ask if it gets delivered for sure today (as I didn't want to stay home if not needed) and they told me delivery is up to the 9th and it might come tomorrow the 8th while their Tracking clearly states "by 7th until the end of the Day". Then they told me it doesn't come today for sure as they just gave it to a 3rd Party. I asked them who this 3rd Party is and they told me they can't tell me???? I asked if it is Australia Post or someone else and they said not Australia Post but they can't tell. The Parcel was now today morning in Caboolture handed over 30 minutes from my Place to an anonymous Company or Dude which they can't name and can't deliver an Express Parcel which was on Friday 80 minutes away and now 30 minutes but can't also not tell me which company or person does the delivery for them but it is not Startrack. So an Express Parcel with Valuables get transferred to some random anonymous Company/Person and the Express Parcel who should have arrived today might or might not come tomorrow or the day after. As I told them it is only 30 minutes from here and it is express I got explained that this means nothing as it comes by road. I hope the Parcel arrives latest tomorrow safe and sound and doesn't get "stolen". This is unbelievable.
Today the 8th I called again USP the original Company used by the Sender as their Tracking now stated it might be delayed and they told me that Startrack will mostlikely not deliver today but on the 9th but no guarantee. So my EXPRESS PARCEL was on Friday 80 minutes away and since Monday the 7th March 2025 30 minutes away where Star Track stated delivered by the end of the day and now delayed again to the "possible" 9th of March with a anonymous 3rd Party Company/Driver. My Express Parcel did with UPS a whole journey from the Netherlands - Germany - USA - Brisbane in 4 Days (31.3.-4.4.) BUT IS NOW STUCK 30 MINUTES AWAY!!!!
Update: 9th of March Status still "Estimated delivery was on the 7th. I called Startrack they told me my "Express" Parcel is with their anonymous Subcontractor and might be delivered today or perhaps also tomorrow Thursday. I asked if they can deliver it to the nearest Postal Office as I am now homebound since 3 days but they said no you have to wait and if you are not at home we will take back the parcel to the depot but I am also not able to pick up the parcel from the depot. This is the worst service ever!!! Express Parcel since 3 days 30 minutes from my place!!!
Update: Got delivered today by a 3rd Party Courier
I upgrade from 1 to 2 Stars as i received finally the item safe and sound but still low as for an Express it is late and their tracking stated estimated delivery 7th of April and made me stay 3 days homebound.

Recommendation to Startrack:
Make Express express
and update your Client Tracking System which showed until it got delivered today afternoon the 9th
"estimated delivery was the 7th of April" while in your internal System it had another Info - the wrong Info comes also when calling.
You could safe yourself time for unnecessary Calls and People wouldn't have to stay at Home while for Dates which are not the Delivery Date. The external System didn't show today "Out for delivery" and got only updated after deliver.

Problems are the rule rather than the exception when using StarTrack. Accessibility? StarTrack have never heard of it. Accountability? Foreign word to them too.

There's problems every time, but most recently, I had a package delivered while at home. I live in a secure apartment building, but there's a mail room on the first floor. The courier was told they can be buzzed in to the first floor mail room, or bring the parcel to my front door. They refused with no real reason given. I have a disability that means it can be challenging to get to the door quickly. Instead of leaving the parcel, the courier refused and took it to a post office, which means redelivery cannot be arranged. When I reached out, I was told "you can arrange someone else to pick it up for you". No acknowledgement, no apology, just more inaccessibility.

Nevermind I had to reach out several times to even have my complaint responded to.

StarTrack continuously doesn't provide the actual service of delivery despite the high cost you pay each time. It's very rare you won't have to go somewhere else to get your parcel - negating the point of a courier service entirely.

Want an apology or an acknowledgement from StarTrack? You're dreaming. Their staff very clearly don't care about their customer's experiences.

Shocking company in terms of providing the service they claim to, and even more shocking customer service. I'll never use Star Track again if I can avoid it.

Three times medication has been sent…

Three times medication has been sent via a dispensary through startrack and has been stolen in transit. I have no confidence in this company. Not only is someone stealing mail, there is no care factor or accountability from this company. I find it truly horrible and would strongly recommend anyone to not use this company.

I would not recommend using Startrack. I received a message for an attempted delivery-dispite 4 people being at the business and CCTV footage showing no one had tried to deliver my parcel. I recieved conflicting messages, directing me to collection options in which it did not recognise the traking number, one that it was still in transit, then another that I will be sent pick up instructions. It is the next day, and still no pick up information. The current email on tracking stated it was still in transit. I called Startrack. After waiting in a queue of 69 people, I was informed I will get a message to instruct where to pick up my delivery and there was nothing I could do. The item was sent 7 days ago and urgent medical supplies. This is totally unacceptable. I will be instructing all my suppliers to not use Startrack. I don't know how they are still in business!

I waited for a signed for delivery. Order number 420200D29630 to postcode 6038
Nobody knocked on my door. I instead got a card saying sorry you were out and my package was at Yanchep Courier Service 6035. Quoted " Sorry we missed you. While you were out we attempted to make a delivery. Please see the reverse side for delivery & pick up options. Startrack.com.au
The options were, please collect your parcel from Yanchep Courier Service or a complimentary free re delivery with contact number.Trading hours 5.30 am to 8.30 am. I was in when they called but there was no knock on front or back door as anticipated. I rescheduled the delivery. This time my husband was in. Again we received exactly word for word the same card saying sorry we missed you. Neither my husband nor me were happy that the Courier did not knock on the door. Intact we concluded that the courier did not bother trying to deliver it but instead put a card through letter box. I voiced my complaint by text to the redelivery number and left a voice mail querying whether the courier was doing their job properly and suggested others too were missing deliveries and that this is laziness not going to the door. I also left a voicemail. The woman in charge of receiving calls told me, he knocked in your garage door. That he has values in the $1000.00's in his van and cannot come to your door. She said everyone on your lane knows that. I tried to tell her everyone clearly doesn't. I didn't know. I did not call her any names. I did not swear. I tried to reason that I was let down because nobody informed me of how they deliver. This is my first experiences with them. But she shouted over me. Saying the courier could come back in an hour & a half. But I had to go to work. I kept trying to tell her that I had no knowledge that they didn't come to door. She replied everyone in your lane knows that! She kept shouting over me then hung up. My parcel has now been sent to a different post office for me to collect tomorrow. I have studied the card left. Had she not clarified they don't come to your door, my package would have kept being missed and the sorry cards would have piled up at my end. There is nothing on those cards clarifying they don't come to your door. Or that you have to sit near your garage to wait. Neither did the lady initially clarify this when we first rescheduled delivery. Their assumption that everyone all ready knows that cost me time, money, annoyance and being shouted at and hung up on.

Usual Not home when here I am waiting..

Unless my clock is wrong..The time he put was actually 10 mins ahead..meaning we are not at that time yet that the card was left in my letterbox..Just got to laugh and roll with it.I was looking forward to openong parcel on the day I am home..Will pick up once more from PO tomorrow.

No service, lazy staff.

Same problem every time I have a delivery from star track and Australia post, no attempt at all to deliver the parcel it's taken to the nearest post office and I have to pick it up. Tracking says I'm not home even tho I'm sitting here waiting for my meds that I pay a lot to be express delivered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was home and not only that, my front door was OPEN!! and there was no “attempted delivery” made. If I did my job like this crowd, I’d get the sack. It was also sent to a collection point no where near me. I no longer own a car so now have to pay for an Uber there and back to collect it. God awful company.

Today I had an attempted delivery by Startrack saying no one was home however there was a house full of people . The driver did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell and just left leaving me to chase up the parcel. Who doesn't knock on a door. Is this their policy. Their service is disgraceful as it has already taken nine days to get here and it was supposed to be express shipping. I have seen bad reviews about Startrack and they obviously haven't taken any notice of them because they are still doing it. Australia post should seriously consider dropping this carrier as they are totally unreliable .

Next day Express delivery with Startrack or next week delivery with Star Track

I ordered some urgent medical supplies from a supplier on the Gold Coast. This supplier told me it was an Express service, and I should receive it the next day. It never arrived so I contacted Star Track to enquire about the parcel. They told me the medical supplier selected the wrong service (express post). Instead, they should select 'Premium' service for next day delivery. I rang my medical supplier and they insisted Startrack was wrong. Anyway, Startrack informs me I should receive it by 'the end of the week'. You mean for an Express next day delivery?? Thanks Star Track for this. Terrific!! They then asked me to drive 50 km to their Tullamarine depot to collect the item but when I arrived they said it went missing!! Unbelievable? But it is TRUE. Right now, they are still searching for the missing parcel. Wow..

Appalling service

Appalling service - would give minus stars if I could. Ordered an item and unfortunately the sender chose startrack. Waited weeks, no sign of the parcel. Eventually rang sender and they managed to identify that Startrack said an attempted delivery had been made a few weeks ago and it was now at a post office. This is false and the delivery person fraudulent. NO attempt was made to deliver - I work from home and was in the date and time they said delivery was attempted; there is also a reception open 13 hours a day, in fact Auspost deliver all post there daily (as the reception staff place in individual mailboxes) !!!!. If they had attempted to deliver I would have answered a buzz and/or they would have seen the reception and left it there. No card left anywhere to explain where the item was dumped ( a local post office but of course not the nearest). I assume the delivery person could not be bothered (they clearly never attended the correct building) and went for a coffee or something and just dumped it at the post office. It would be useful to have known that though (even though they are actually contracted to attempt delivery to the address on the parcel! ). Rang startrack after talking to the sender - worse than useless, washed their hands of it and said its with AusPost now and cannot be delivered to the address they were supposed to deliver it too, and that they can do nothing and that I need to contact Auspost. They report that cards are not left and emails are sent instead but I still have not received one from a delivery person or Startrack to say where the parcel was being dumped. Now nearly out of time to collect from post office as the post office return if not collected (although how anyone is meant to know its there is anyone’s guess) - they of course did not dump it at my nearest post office so have to go out of my way to collect a parcel (park, queue, collect -all after an hour on phone calls trying to find out where it is). No responsibility or accountability by Startrack - the customer is clearly not valued or important to them if not a major that can provide them with big $$. On asking about contacting the post office branch to ascertain if the parcel is still there, Startrack refuse to give out the branch number and said to go through Austpost number.... 20 min wait on this for Auspost to refuse to provide any information as they say the responsibility is Startracks (both are Auspost companies). If you have any option...AVOID Startrack!
