Startrack is a joke

Since my chemist changed from Australia post to startrack the tracking has been wrong every single time for months.
Never , ever is has it been correct.
What used to take 3 days now takes nine days.
Ping ponging my medication all around the state, promising next day delivery every day , for nine days.

Startrack = Star Trek

Lost my parcel after an attempted delivery. Then told me the Tracking / Consignment number was incorrect and that they couldn't locate it. After corresponding with them several times they sent me an email which stated that they still couldn't find it and any further correspondence from me would be ignored and the case was close. The very next day an older gentleman in a white truck handed me the parcel. This was a month later from the original delivery attempt, the tracking number on the parcel matched the Tracking number on the missed delivery card which matched the tracking number on Ebay ie: They still couldn't find the parcel on their system yet it was delivered to me. Useless and worthless business AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

Just the worst

Just the worst.
Called up to ensure pickup was booked correctly as parcel needed to go out that day, was promised it would over the phone.
Called up end of day as I was emailed "futile delivery" Parcel not ready. No courier had showed??? Parcel sitting wrapped, labelled at front of workshop, me sitting at my desk all day waiting.
They said they'd rebook for the next morning for me.
Called at midday the next day as no one had showed, they said they had no booking??? & no record of my conversation with previous representative that had promised to rebook it for me?
Told me they'd rebook the next day. I told them to not bother as they'd promised to show up twice and didn't.
Ended up having to drive to a post office and express post instead.

Total waste of time. Don't bother turning up, & do nothing to resolve, or lie about doing something to resolve. Also each time i called was average 40 minutes on hold

Will be suggesting that my company change couriers

Startrack Express - Completely Useless and unhelpful

Waited in yesterday (7 Jan) only to get a message to say they tried to deliver my parcel and have left a card.
No card was in my post box so I rang. They said the driver had a photograph of where he tried to deliver.
I asked for it, and it was not my home, but a place around the corner - not even the same road. They said they would redeliver today.
I was walking home and received a message to say they had again tried to deliver but without success.
I then saw the driver parked outside our building and ran over to him.
He said he had the parcel but refused to give it to me as it had now been recorded that it was to go to the Post Office. Despite all my pleas, he refused to give it to me.
What a complete waste of time Startrack Express are.
Not the first time we have had trouble with them, but I hope I never have to deal with them again!

Absolute incompetence

Absolute incompetence. I was home waiting for a delivery and 30 mins before the delivery window that it was meant to arrive in, I get a message saying its at the post office as no one was home! No card, no attempt to deliver. I have cameras and can prove no one attempted to deliver the parcel. The poor folk at the post office were inundated with customers trying to get their parcels as the same the thing had happened to many people in our area. I rang Startrack to complain but they are not interested and basically fobbed me off. If I have a choice I would NOT use them again. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened and won't be the last in my opinion. It's not rocket science. Go to the delivery address and deliver the parcel! Do better Startrack.

CRAP SERVICE!!!!

CRAP SERVICE!!!!! I Would rather walk and deliver than use this company!!!! Job was to be delivered 2 days ago. Put in a request. They said they would contact me.......guess what???? NO CONTACT!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Can't give less stars unfortunately!!

Easily the worse delivery company in…

Easily the worse delivery company in Aus. Wont leave you package when told and then it wont be at the post office they tell you. You have to go in a week later and your package may be there. Honestly if you see that your package will be delivered by them I strongly advise you find another way.

Terrible

Terrible, delivery driver lies about wrong address, this is after the item was at the depot for 1 week. Asked them to leave at the post office but the system will not allow due to the lodgment from the supplier /sender. I will avoid any supplier that uses Star Track. There are plenty of good courrier companies out there so we really do not need this one.

Liar, liar.

Startracks "attempted delivery" is a blatant lie. Home all day, no card left just an email to collect from the post office, this has happened before. This is fraud. Australia post hang your head in shame.

Don’t deliver.

Don’t deliver to the address, just drop (possibly ALL their parcels) at the local AustraliaPost mail centre. I was here ALL day, no delivery was attempted. I paid for delivery to my home address, I will be cancelling the purchase with the provider, seeking a refund… demanding a refund… and purchasing from a competitor that doesn’t use StarTrack! It’s practically a scam and very close to fraud.

Startrack never delivered!

email sent to me that the good was delivered, did not see it, emailed them, and they replied with a photo of GPS of the delivery vehicle. The car did not stop in front of the house, after that, never heard from them, even I emailed again.

LAZY DRIVER. DISHONEST OPERATORS

What an awful service!
I booked a pickup from my home. On the day of pick up, I called and had to rearrange the time to 12 to 5pm as I had a medical appointment. The operator made the arrangements. Upon returning home, I received a message 11:51am that the pick-up was unsuccessful. I called StarTrack asked what happened. I had a different operator who gasped at what happened and rearranged the pickup for between12 to 5pm. It got to 344pm and nothing. I rang Startrack back and was told that the driver had not accepted the job. I called startrack again and asked to make a complaint. I received a call at 427pm and a message was left stating that the driver had turned up to the property and could hear people behind the door and said they were ignored which occurred at 422pm. My partner and I were at home at 422pm in the front room which overlooks our driveway. no driver had come. It was a lie told by an operator named Tracy. Tracy... our house has security cameras on the driveway... tell your driver to be more creative with their lies or may be just be honest.

Amazing Star Track

Amazing Star Track. FOUR days to get a package 2 hours up the road. And then the solar light showed up smashed. Did you take responcibility for the damage? NO! Instead you informed me parcels go through many machines at your depots and you can guarantee they will not be damaged. The damage was done between pick up and delivery but you told me to contact the seller for a replacement. You asked for picures and i sent one of the box and the light.Your excuse? You admit the box was damaged and a hole in it when it got to the depot but no one wrote a damage report so not responcible.Nice move. If you don't write a damage report, you don't have to pay for the damage. That should save you some money shouldn't it!

Would be zero stars if that was an option.
Ordered heart medication online as usual, paid for star track to cover me as I was a bit late to order. Was stoked when I was told it would be next day delivered. Didn't arrive the next day despite waiting all day at home for delivery. Called as I would now need the product the next day, was told a team leader would call me back, they didn't. Called next day, told it would arrive that day. Still didn't, called again and a further 4 times, still no answers, only lies and treated like life did not depend on the delivery was eventually told the next day would be the delivery day, meanwhile that's 2 days without meds. Was told their minute by minute tracking doesn't work that they're "working on that internally" also their 24 hour courier service does not exist - mind you I'm 20 minutes from a capital city (I'd have different expectations if I lived more isolated).
Refused me a refund on the express service I paid for
Refused to cover my expenses of buying in store (3x the price)
Told me to "raise the issue with supplier"
-Refused to allow me to pick up from their depot at my own expense
- Tried to place blame on sender as well as aus post
- Team leader Refused to speak with me and only called me back after 6 calls
- False advertising on their website regarding their apparent services

This is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. Trustpilot should introduce a zero star rating just for "Star Track". I have never had a a delivery completed without problems, I'm surprised they are still in operation. The level of incompetency is astounding.

Delivery by StarTrack = sinking feeling of delays

As soon as I got the notification that Dell used StarTrack to deliver, I knew it would be a few extra days till I received it. Supposed to deliver in business hours. Attempted 17:23. No one home. Can’t rebook online as still says out for delivery so have to wait to tomorrow. No card left in post box. Honestly, how are this company still in business. How have Australia post not got rid of them? I frankly think less of Dell for using them. Utterly useless.

Even after AustPost addressed the silly excuse of why they and StarTrack were the only couriers not to deliver to our door, after months of complaints, I received another attempted delivery notification today, when no attempt was made.

They did deliver for a while, after having a representative call into our place and call BS on the reason their drivers had not been delivering, but it looks like they have reverted back to the old practice of driving straight to the Post Office.

I really don't know why anybody in business would risk their reputations by using StarTrack and paying for a delivery service which clearly is not provided (at least constantly in our case). A courier/delivery service that doesn't even attempt to deliver, but said it attempted to deliver, is a fraud.

I have heard similar complaints, after being required to travel to collect items which were meant to be delivered, at the Post Office.

Wish there were negative ratings.
