De armbanden zijn erg mooi, vallen alleen erg groot.
Door een misverstand (verdwenen mailtjes) liep de communicatie mis maar uiteindelijk is alles keurig en netjes opgelost door het bedrijf. Uiteindelijk armbanden teruggestuurd en keurig mijn geld teruggekregen.

Zoals eerder via mail uitgelegd, is omruilen zeker mogelijk. Het verschil zit erin waar het item werd aangekocht. Webshopbestellingen worden via onze webshop verwerkt, terwijl verkooppunten volledig onafhankelijk werken en hun eigen voorwaarden hanteren.
Dat dit verschil in werkwijze een 2-sterrenreview rechtvaardigt, vinden wij eerlijk gezegd jammer. We hebben je correct geïnformeerd en zelfs een tegemoetkoming aangeboden.
