Easy replacement, quality product
I ordered a size too large initially and the return and replacement with a smaller size was very easy. The product is very high quality and came pretty fast. The price was fair for bracelet.

2 months, One of the leather straps broke
One of the leather straps broke inside of two months. I work in the kitchen and can’t wear the bracelet to work so not only has it just been two months. It’s probably only been a weeks worth of hours worn. They did get back to me very quickly and offered to replace the product immediately. Customer service is fantastic, I will wait and see how the new product works. if the replacement product lasts, I will update the review even more.

Armbandje
Een armbandje besteld wat matched met een eerdere bestelling. Bij de transporteur DPD is het pakketje spoorloos verdwenen.
Contact gezocht met de klantenservice van Steel&Barnett. Hier ben ik uitstekend geholpen door Joska de Voogd. Deze dame heeft er alles aan gedaan om het “verloren” gegane pakketje te traceren. Is helaas niet gelukt. Ze heeft me vervolgens een nieuw armbandje toegestuurd. Dit is gelukkig wel goed aangekomen. Dus eind goed-al goed.

Faulty Design on bracelet claps?
Ordered some product(several bracelets), fit was great however, some of the clasps on two of them would not unhinge off my wrist. Tried several times, even slept with them on as I could'nt get them off!!
Tried to unclasp but the leather broke free and snapped off the bracelet!
Have emailed twice in three months and all I keep getting is the 'automated response'
'We'll get back to you in 24 hrs, blah blah blah...but were very busy'
I just want an address to return the broken bracelets and to let them know I'm not happy with the design of the clasps, but alas no response. Very Frustrating as I love the products. May think twice about ordering from them again. Can't recall when I ordered but I believe it was Feb 2025?
