Armband besteld die te groot was, ik had er al verzendkosten voor betaald maar moest voor het terugsturen en het opnieuw verzenden van de goede maat ook betalen.
Heb de goede maat maar bij een winkel gekocht die gratis verzend.

Het contact met Steel & Barnett, en specifiek met Joska, is uitermate professioneel en klantvriendelijk verlopen. Een snelle reactie, meedenken en tot en oplossing komen. In het verleden een armband geruild omdat de maat niet goed was, ook het retourproces is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk. Daarbij zijn de armbanden die wij besteld hebben naar grote tevredenheid. Mijn man is er gek op.

Een zeer tevreden klant.
Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service en de kwaliteit van Steel and Barnett. De armbanden die ik ondertussen gekocht heb (7 stuks) zitten super, zijn zeer mooi afgewerkt en hebben bovendien een zeer mooie / leuke sluiting. Bij de levering stelde ik vast dat er eentje een lichte beschadiging had. Ik heb dit gemeld en kwam in contact met Joska van de Happy Department. Onmiddellijk stuurde ze een nieuwe armband op.
Joska staat altijd klaar om de klant te helpen en de tevredenheid van de klant is haar hoogste prioriteit!

North American returns are pricey
The product is fine, but with products such as this, proper sizing can be risky. If they are going to sell in North America they should be set up to take returns here rather than having to ship products all the way back to Belgium.
