Good suggestions for upgrading PC

Went to Richard at Steal City IT , at S12 lovely guy , knowledgable and decent affordable price!!
He had been really efficient in dealing with my request to get a new HDMI port done on our PlayStation 5 console - I took it straight round to him gave him a couple of days and he had fixed it perfectly top top job I will definitely be recommending him in the future , cheers Rich .

Super friendly and great service! Fixed up my computer and installed a new graphics card, as well as giving it a good clean. Richard kept in contact often, sending lots of updated when he was working and letting me know everything that was going on. Helpful with lots of advice, I’ve already told people to come here if they have any PC troubles!

I was recommended Steel City ICT Services by a few friends and they didn’t disappoint. I was having issues with my PC running hot and also wanted to extend my storage. I contacted Rich who was super helpful, he’d diagnosed the issue straight away and recommended ideas on upgrading my PC’s storage and airflow system. I dropped my PC off and it was all done and sorted within a couple of days. Rich gave constant updates and pictures of the work being carried out, absolute top quality work and customer service. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I would recommend these to anyone having PC issues in a heartbeat !!

Fixed my son's playstation 5 for a fraction of the price playstation quoted he did say he was very busy but it still only took him a few days

Brought in a PS5 for a broken HDMI port. He fixed the problem and made an effort to explain what I had done and what he was going to do to repair it. A reliable and friendly service. Thanks for all your help.

Damaged Nintendo Switch

I got in contact with Richard when my son damaged his Nintendo switch - he sorted the problem out really quickly and gave me a 6 months guarantee also which is added peace of mind.
Had other issues since and he has helped even when it didn’t need to be given in for him to sort. Thank you would highly recommend for any gaming hardware or even PC or laptops etc. Reallt friendly and quick service ✅

Amazing service. Had some overheating issues with the PlayStation 5 making it abruptly lose power after an an hour or so sent it to rich and he got it working perfectly again within a couple of days. Keeps you updated on progress while he fixes things aswell. Highly recommend👍🏾

Good fast service. All pictures forwarded on to new lap top as asked. Plus lots more. Service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Steel City.

Where to begin? Since using Rich and steel City I.T for the first time earlier in 2023, I wouldn’t even consider using another service, it’s that much better than other companies and all repairs are done much quicker than I’d been quoted from CEX and GAME. Not only did Rich repair a ps5 controller with a number of issues, and custom mod another controller but he also has a lot to offer with his knowledge of the items he repairs and willingly explains how to prevent the same issue from happening.

Why wouldn’t you use him?

Fixed my broken hdmi port service was excellent and very quick turnaround.

Would highly recommend as way cheaper than other company’s and super friendly service.

Anywhere else an wouldn't have had it completed within a couple of days contacted rich at steel city and immediately super friendly down to earth guy got me in that day and the console was done two days later at a cost of £50 over the moon with the service

Had charge problems with my laptop. Took laptop to another repairer who fitted a replacement battery which RICHARD from Steel City IT spotted was fake. He replaced the battery and gave my laptop a technical check and now is problem free. Excellent fast service from an experienced guy who knows his stuff.

Brilliant company to go to!

My xbox series X had a broken hdmi port in which I thought I could fix this myself, after watching YouTube I found I wouldn't be able to do that!

After some googling and seeing how much it would cost, I found that Microsoft would be charging nearly £300 just before Christmas to fix it.

So I began googling some more and found steel City I.T, I rang rich and withing 15 minutes my xbox was in his care, he was very honest and said he's very busy so may not be fixed until Wednesday the latest.
I got a call from rich and was told I could pick it up on the Monday afternoon!

Can't thank rich enough, fast reliable service at a great price!!
